Introduction:
The blessings of the law define financial dominion, among others. - Deut 28:1-13
But we must understand why God blesses. God blesses us primarily so that we can be a
blessing to the Kingdom and to the world around us (Gen 12:1-3). This is why:
God will not bless anyone beyond his commitment to the promotion of the Kingdom of God
Hag 1:4-11/Mal 3:6-10
God will not bless anyone beyond his commitment to blessing the needy around him - Pro
28:27/ Job 29:4-17
God will not bless any man beyond his commitment to giving towards the wellbeing of
mankind Gen 22:17-18/ Matt 25:31-41
God will not bless anyone beyond his commitment to impact the nations with his fortune -

Deut 28:1-2/ 12/ Deut 15:6

But giving must be done with biblical discretion (Ps 112:5). That is, having a covenant
understanding of giving priorities, such as, tithing, worship offering, Kingdom promotion
givings, giving to parents, giving to the poor, giving for the good of humanity and giving to
prophets and ministers of the gospel who minister to our spiritual needs. etc.
Note that, the brighter our giving view, the higher the level of our financial dominion:

It is a world-view in giving, that empowers us for global dimension of financial fortune

While a local-view, makes a local champion and a self-view is what makes a common
man
This month we shall be examining empowerment for financial dominion from four (4) biblical
platforms.

The Love Platform

Walking in Financial Dominion Part I

When we dwell in love, we dwell in God and God in us 1Jn 4:16

When we so love God, we are empowered to so give Jn 3:16/ Gen 22:1-18
Addiction to giving is on the platform of love 2Cor 8:1-3/8
And when we become addicted to giving, God is committed to pouring out His blessings on
us Mal 3:6-10
Addicted givers walk supernaturally in financial fortune 2Cor 9:6-8/11 / 1Kg 3:13

All great lovers of God in scriptures walked in financial dominion:

* Abraham James 2:23/ Gen 24:1
* David 1Sam. 13:14/ 1Chr 29:3-6
* Solomon 1Kgs. 3:3/ 1Kg 3:13/ 4:22-28
* Paul Rom. 8:35-38/ Act 20:31-33 Etc.etc

This is because only true lovers are empowered to give willingly, cheerfully, sacrificially and
tirelessly.

Remember, we are blessed primarily to be a blessing (Gen 12:1-3, Gen22:17-18)

We are also blessed to promote His Kingdom (Zech 1:17, 2Chro 29:3-6)

The Covenant Platform

What is a Covenant?
A deal enacted by God based on well defined terms and sealed with an oath.-Heb 6; 1318.
The covenant of seed time and harvest is the gateway to financial fortune.- (Gen. 8;20- 22,
II Cor.9;6-10, Ph. 4;15-19,Gal. 6;7-9, Ps. 89:24, Jer. 33:20-25, Lk. 6:38)

Giving is the biblical way to financial blessings (Act 20:35, Lk 6:38)

 Our seed is not a financial donation to help the church, the ministry or the minister!

(Ps.

50;14, Hag. 2;6-8, Lk. 22:35)

Our giving is a spiritual transaction for provoking divine supplies.-

(Gen.8:20-22; 22:15-22,

2 Sam. 24:24-25)

The Mustard Seed Mystery

No one can pray his way out of poverty; one can only give his way out of poverty

Our seeming mustard seed is the key to financial fortune

The mustard seed is the smallest of all seeds, which speaks of the least coin available.
That least coin has capacity to become a great tree of financial fortune, as illustrated
here:
* Matt 13: 31-32 It becomes a tree * Mk 4:31-32 - Shoots out great branches
* Lk 13:19 - Becomes a great tree

Examples of Mustard Seed kind of giving in scriptures:

* The widows mite Mk 12:42 * The widows last meal 1Kg17:8-15
Your money is a covenant seed 2Cor 9:6-11

But we need the giving power to sustain a giving life -Jn 10:17-18/ 2Cor 8:3

The Wisdom Platform

Wisdom is the custodian of wealth, as illustrated severally in scriptures Pro 8:18-21
The wiser, the wealthier is the common trend in scriptures.
(Pro 3:13-16,Pro 4:7-9/ 8;1-4)

God the all wise God is the custodian of the wealth of the whole universe (Jude 25, Ps.
24;1, Hag. 2;6)
Solomon the wisest was also the wealthiest in Bible history (1Kg4:29-34/ 1Kg4:22-28)

Wisdom here, is simply putting Gods word to work as a lifestyle Matt 7:24-25
For instance;
How do I give acceptably?
* Give in faith - Heb 11:4-5
* Give willingly - 2Cor 8:12
* Give in love - 1Kg 3:3
* Give cheerfully - 2Cor 9:6-7
* Give Sacrificially - 2Sam 24:24-25
* Give Tirelessly - Gal 6:9
How does God Bless?
Through the Rain of Divine Ideas - Mal 3:10,Gen 7:11,Is 11:3
Through Parental Blessings - Gen 27:2-4,27-29/ Gen 49:22-26/ Eph 6:1-2
Through the works of our hands - Job 1:9-10, Ps 1:1-3/ Deut 28:12
Through divine favour - Ps 45:12,Ps 30:5-7
Through Priestly Blessings Num 6:23-27
