Session I- Human Capital Management An Accelerator to Business Results Through Competency Development The first session had Dr. A K Balyan, MD & CEO, Petronet LNG; Dr. Y V Verma, Former COO, LG Electronics, Mr. Jatin Mahajan, Managing Director, J Mitra & Co. Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. A Sundara Rajan, Founder & Director, Thomas Assessments Pvt. Ltd as speakers.
Session II - Need for Sustainable Competency Based Human Resource System in an Organisation It was followed by session where Ms Veena Swarup, Director EIL, Mr. Sameer Khabba, VP- HR erricsson and Mr. Amit Malik . Head HR of Aviva shared their views.
Session III- Application of Talent Assessment and Development Initiatives at Various Stages of Employee Lifecycle The third session had Dr. Maninder Khalsa of Viom Netwroks, Mr. Manmohan Bhutani of Fiserv and Mr. Sameer Nakra of RBS sharing their experiences on competneyc and Talent development. Session IV- Genesis of Automation in Talent Management The last session talked about using games to stimulate learning. The speakers included SV Ramanan of CMC, Mr. Mathews from Mahindra and Mr. Rohit from NIIT sharing the interesting work.
The award ceremony was well attended. Out of the final 45 shotlisted companies the winners included Micormax, Viom Networks, Fieserv, JK Tyres, CMC, MTS, Fresenius Kabi, Jubliant Life Sciences, Oss Cube, PNB Housing Finance, Mahindra Finance,, NIIT, Maruti and JCB. Mr. Saugata Mitra, Chief People Officer of Mother Dairy got individual award for excellence in the area of talent management.
