To liaise closely with vendors to expedite delivery

2. Limitation of working hour may jeopardize the
installation progress as planned in the work
schedule.
To get ready and familiar with the procedures of
applying night work permit from DBKL if it is
necessary to catch up the schedule.
To monitor closely workers in punctuality, discipline
and be more organized to perform efficiently.

3. Restriction of heavy transportations on the road by
DBKL may affect the logistic planning.
To coordinate closely with vendor and workshop for
their delivery of equipments and material to suit the
site traffic conditions from time to time.

4. Harsh sound level condition imposed by DBKL may
impact on the installation method and progress.
To maximize fabrication works that may generate
high noise level in workshop to reduce impact to
the site environment.

5. Late handover of important rooms may shorten the
erection schedule granted in the master schedule.
To coordinate with the structural contractor and
closely observe their progress.
To locate off-site space for temporary storage if the
dedicated room is not ready for occupancy.

To find alternation source such as generator and
water truck to support testing and commissioning.

7. Confusion of power source of fire alarm panel in the
interlocking with other trades may incur unforeseen
modification or additional works during testing and
commissioning.
To call a coordination meeting among all trades
such as electrical, ACMV, security system, roller
shutter and lift contractor to finalize the input &
output signal design prior to any fabrication of
control panel or starter board.
