Session goals for athletes : Step 3 - Develop the activity of right leg and blocking of left side
Step 4 - Develop the activity of right leg, the turn and blocking
Step 5 - Develop the glide action of the legs and link it with the delivery
Personal coaching goals : To use instruction and explanation effectively through the session to clearly
convey the information and organisation of the athletes.
