RuffNote Convertible puts the flexibility of a tablet computer with the power of a
notebook computer . Featuring a 10.4" or 12.1" LCD screen, light weight
design and 180° rotatable screen, it can transform from a notebook into a 
tablet computer and vice versa.

This RuffNote includes a variety of ruggedized features that make RuffNote

Convertible ideal for outdoor, vehicular or tough environment use. It has been
designed and tested around MIL-SPEC 810F, which ensures stability in any
field-use and mobile application, while being lightweight at the same time
ensuring high portability at only 2.2 kg weight.

Built to military standards and fully weather sealed against cold, heat, rain,
dust and humidity. It is housed in a magnesium alloy case with Hand Strap and
emphasizes on the fan-less design. The removeable hard drive is shielded by
a protection mechanism to prevent damage during operation. It also complies
with IP65 standard thus RuffNote Convertible easily operates in harsh
environments.

This machine is extremely high performance with the lower power consumption
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo 1.2 GHz processor, 1GB RAM and a 120 GB hard drive.

video memory) and hard drive from damage and data loss. A spill resistant

last. It is designed with a magnesium top and bottom case to protect vital
system components from damage due to drop and concussion. Its anti-shock
mounting design protects the LCD and Hard Drive from damage and data loss.
The spill resistant design protects the internal components from accidental
spills. The RuffBook Power 3G is powered by the latest Intel Centrino Duo
mobile technology providing for maximum performance and power
management.

The RuffBook Tech incorporates the latest Intel advancements in mobile and
wireless technology. The RuffBook Tech has a spill proof keyboard, and a
magnesium alloy casing which protects against vibration and drops. Screen
options include a standard 14.1” non-glare TFT XGA (1024x768) or optional
13.3” WXGA (1280x800) Wide screen and 224MB shared Video RAM that
provides for vibrant images. For direct sunlight applications, an optional
sunlight viewable display and a touch screen option is also available. Behind
the display is the latest Intel Centrino™ Mobile Technology for true speed and 
wireless portability. Standard 1.6GHz Core Duo processor has a 533MHz FSB
and 1MB L2 cache. Optional Core 2 Duo processors and Trusted Platform
Module (TPM 1.2) hardware security.

TDS Recon™

The TDS Recon rugged handheld computer delivers maximum performance and reliability in a lightweight,
extremely rugged design that's easy to carry. The waterproof TDS Recon weighs just 17 ounces, meets military
specifications for drops, vibration, and both high and low temperature operation, and runs Windows Mobile 6.0
software for Pocket PCs. The TDS Recon works wherever and whenever you need it.

Ultra rugged
The TDS Recon can handle the toughest field conditions. It meets MIL-STD-810F standards for drops, vibration
and temperature extremes, and it has an IP67 rating—meaning it's impervious to dust and water immersion.
 High performance
The TDS Recon features the high-performance 200 MHz or 400 MHz XScale processor, a color display with front
light, 64 MB of RAM and 64 or 128 MB of nonvolatile Flash storage to protect data from resets or power loss.

Expansion capabilities
The TDS Recon can expand with your needs. It has two CompactFlash slots so you can add memory or optional
peripheral devices. You can add Bluetooth or LAN —or almost anything else you need in the field. Adding an
Extended CF-Cap to your TDS Recon lets you even more capabilities, such as GPS.

Water proof
The TDS Recon is completely sealed to keep running in the wettest situations. Testing has shown that you can
submerge the TDS Recon one meter deep in water for up to 30 minutes —and the TDS Recon will keep running.

TDS Nomad™

The new TDS Nomad packs even more functionality into the most powerful and full-featured rugged handheld
PDA available. Start with an 806 MHz processor, a long-life battery and integrated wireless capabilities like GPS,
802.11g, and Bluetooth. TDS Nomad can be configured to include an integrated laser bar code scanner and
color digital camera. The TDS Nomad also features a high-resolution, sunlight-visible VGA display that shows
graphics and maps in crisp detail. And it's fully rugged and just as tough as our other handhelds which means the
TDS Nomad offers a lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) than consumer-grade handhelds.

Ultra rugged
Like all TDS rugged handhelds, the TDS Nomad meets the rigorous MIL-STD-810F military standard for drops,
vibration, humidity, altitude and extreme temperatures. It also comes with an IP67 rating.

High performance
Every TDS Nomad comes with an 806 MHz Marvell PXA320 XScale processor, 128 MB RAM and a hot-swappable
rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack to keep going strong all day. Recharging time is significantly reduced with
the use of lithium-ion batteries.

Expansion capabilities
A CompactFlash (CF) Type II slot and a Secure Digital (SDIO) slot add to the versatility of your TDS Nomad. Use
memory cards to increase data storage for larger jobs or use other accessory cards for multiple applications.

Water proof
The TDS Nomad is completely sealed to keep running in the wettest situations. Testing has shown that you can
submerge the TDS Nomad one meter deep in water for 30 minutes.
