HOST FAMLILES NEEDED

International students for September 2!". ,e are welcoming
students from Spain and 4ra8il as well as other international countries.
For the community of St. *arys, we are hoping to place ten students

,hat a wonderful week at H>intail on the $oadI held this past week

activities with a very enthusiastic team of leaders:

SHARING GIFTS IN CHINA
.he Amity Summer Gnglish 9rogram invites volunteers from around
the world to provide Gnglish training and demonstrate teaching
methodology to +hinese Gnglish teachers. @olunteers provide a three7
week Gnglish training course to teachers from primary and middle
schools in rural and remote areas. 9ast participant Anne Saunders
shares, H.he program is about people coming together for
conversations. .he experiences of relationship7building and
intercultural exchange provide opportunities for Hlove made manifestI
and glimpses of =od in our midst today.I .his year, Presbyterians
Sharing will support a team of four from >nox church in ,aterloo as
they share their gifts and strengthen the 9++Fs partnership with the
Amity Foundation.

send down a second angel to get another opinion.L So =od called
another angel and sent her to earth for a time. ,hen the angel
returned, she went to =od and said, LJes, itLs true. .he earth is in
decline0 ;(M of retirees are misbehaving, but (M are being good...L
=od was not pleased. So 6e decided to e7mail the (M who were
good, because he wanted to encourage them, and give them a little
