Went today to tata indicom show room to extend my Photon Plus (usually 30 day expiry) & charged
Rs 250/250 mb/30 days. There are horror stories of people buying USB (locked ) broadband modem
and no proper signal in the place where they spend maximum time!!
I told them 3 G -15 Gb @ 3 mbps is selling around Rs 1500. Bear in mind that, the Tower
Infrastructure Management Team is separate Agency.
They were saying their network ( CDMA) quality is better.
3.Photon coverage is only in big cities. A USB Stick or SIM Card, allow you to access Internet, on the
go, while you are on the move. Always ask for a Home Installation. I still have more than 6 GB (left
over from a 10 Gb/Rs 1350/30 days /recharge/3 months ago).
4.Asking for a demo- good idea- If your flat is in a shadow area and get only 2 or 3 signal bars ,your
speed will suck.

8.If you are not a mobile person, forget USB modem broadband stick and go for wired ADSL
connection.(unless your home is not covered by any wired broad band provider)
They are basically catching newbies ( like I was a year back -when I wanted mobile broad band).

is a better option with all India coverage.
