Inner Light- The Spiritual Life-Force

Sometimes were tested not to show our weaknesses, but to discover our
strengths.
Many people are unhappy and confused right now because we are
awakening. We are awakening to the fact that we have been asleep, and
that we have bought into the false belief systems of the mass
consciousness who have also been asleep. We are waking up to the
impostors, our egos that have been in control of our souls. This can be
an overwhelming time period as we finally open our spiritual eyes to see
the truth of our false self and all the things within us that need to be
healed and transcended.

The world we thought we knew and understood is collapsing, as nothing we
once believed is true. As we begin to rise in vibration, the dormant
spiritual energies within our being begin to rise up the spinal column
purifying our chakra system. A heightened level of dormant
creator/kundalini energy will activate more strands of our DNA
potential, awaken our spiritual glands (pineal, pituitary, hypothalamus,
high heart) and expand our consciousness so we can return ourselves to
the truth of our being.

During the purification process and rewiring of our energetic system we
may encounter heightened levels of fear, anxiety, confusion, depression
and overwhelm as the lies of the mass consciousness fall away from our
energetic belief systems. The inauthenticity of our masked selves comes
forward to be infused with the LIGHT of our greater awareness as we
become spiritualized. Understanding what is happening to us,
surrendering to the process and remaining in a constant state of
gratitude for the opportunity to alchemicalize ourselves through the
transmutation of our lead (darkness) into the gold light of our very own
creator consciousness will accelerate our ascension process.
The return of The Creator is the return of our higher soul that lives in
a higher vibrating dimension within our energy fields. In Aramaic soul
means christ; and it is our christ self (higher soul) that will merge
and enter into our physical bodies, in perfect divine timing, when our
physical and energetic beings have purified our vibrational frequencies
to a level where our being can withstand the very high vibrational
energies of our true selves to enter into our being.

This process is called kundalini awakening. Kundalini is our dormant
creator energy that lies dormant at the base of every human beings
spine, coiled up like a snake in the root chakra. As the Earths
vibration rises and we continue to receive heightened crystalline
energies from the galactic center, the sun, the photon belt and the
inner Earth; humanitys kundalinis are being triggered to rise and
purify each of our chakras so the kundalini can rise all the way up to
the crown chakra where our higher spiritual chakras will activate
signaling the descension of our holy spirt/christ self to enter into our
bodies.

We have entered into the time period of transparency, where we are each
going through our very own inner apocalypse, which means the lifting of
the veil. The veil is the filter that has been placed over our minds
that keeps us from seeing and knowing our truth. The veil is our ego
consciousness that distorts everything, and it is our egos that are
struggling with the disillusionment of the false world it had created.
Our higher souls are coming forward and we are reclaiming our souls
highest potential during this most auspicious time on Earth.

The basics about how frequency affects our perceptions. Consciousness
and vibrational frequency are perfectly correlated. When were lower in
frequency, were lower in consciousness-our perception is dulled-and we
view things through a foggy lens. When were higher in frequency, were
higher in consciousness, our perception is heightened and we see things
more clearly the higher we go. Just as when we ascend in an airplane, we
see a larger picture the higher we climb, and the brighter it becomes as
we break through the clouds.
The higher our vibrational frequency, the more we are able to comprehend
because we are allowing a greater Flow of Life Force through our mind
and body. Vibrational frequency depends on the amount of Life Force we
are channeling through us. Life Force can also be characterized as The
Creator Energy and Intelligence. Yet another word for this phenomenon
is Love, which is the essence of Source, and is continually emanating
from Source.
The lower our vibrational frequency, the less we are able to comprehend
because our ego is restricting the Flow of Life Force/The Creator Energy
and Intelligence/Love through our mind and body. Our fearful ego uses
judgment and resistance to choke off the Flow. To override our ego, non-
resistance and a commitment to allowing Love to flow through us no
matter what is required.
The more we are allowing the essence of The Creator to flow through our
mind and body, the higher we are in vibrational frequency and the more
creative ideas we have and the more authentic empowerment we experience
and can utilize.
The lower we are in vibrational frequency, the less creative ideas and
empowerment we experience and can utilize because our ego is choking off
the flow and allowing less of the essence of The Creator to flow through
our mind and body.

Higher vibrational frequency not only makes us wiser and more powerful,
it moves us out of struggle, turmoil and pain, and places us in the
realm of joy, ease, peace, and harmony. So the key to claiming wisdom,
creativity, and empowerment and every possible blessing-is in raising
our vibrational frequency, which is done by allowing more Love to flow.
When we operate from this knowledge, our life will be totally
revolutionized and there is nothing we cant be, do, or have!
To Raise Your Frequency, Just Turn on the Joy!
Joy is our feeling response to higher vibrational frequency
The feeling response to being filled up with Love from our Spirit is
joy. Higher frequency energy-Love-activates a joy response in our
emotional body. I like to say that joy is a frequency-but it is more
accurate to say that joy is our emotional response to higher frequency.
When we are at a certain frequency, feeling the Love from Spirit moving
through us to Spirit, the natural feeling we have is joy. And here is
something truly empowering to know: when we feel joy, we are at a higher
frequency.
Why is that so vital? If we want to raise our frequency, feel joy! We
can decide to feel the joy that loving our Spirit puts us in touch with!
We can create the feeling of joy within our emotional body and it will
shoot our frequency up. While most of us go through life believing that
we can only experience emotions in response to an external energy
stimulus, the truth is that we can make the choice to feel joy. This
will be a totally moot point once you are realigned and constantly
radiating Love as we were designed to because joy-no, ecstasy-is the
emotional response to the level of frequency we experience when we are
back in Eden. But between now and then, we may experience a moment or
two where we need to raise our frequency!
How do we cause ourselves to "feel" joy? We deliberately turn it on by
remembering what it feels like and allowing our body to take on the
physical sensations of joy. You know, that giddy feeling that occurs
when you are truly joyful? That close-to-tears-happy tears-feeling? That
buzz you feel when we are joyful? That magnificent, expansive feeling we
have when we first fall in love? Turn it on! Feel the energy rising up
in our body and intensifying! Recreate the physical sensation of the
butterflies-in-the-stomach, about-to-burst excitement-and we are there!
We are in the "joy space." We are in the vibrational realm of our
Spirit, experiencing the response to Love.
As we rise up in frequency toward the level of our Spirit-toward merging
and becoming one with our Spirit, we will be spontaneously joyful. As we
are in this state more and more, our normal emotional state will default
to joyousness! We will no longer need to be joyful "on purpose"-we will
experience that as our foundational state. In the meantime, we can move
closer to our Spirit by simply deciding to and then feeling it. Isn't
that cool?
