The lines of the hand foretell a lot about our future and
fortune. Palmistry has also made a distinct contribution as
far as travels and accidents are concerned. There are two
distinct ways of telling travels and voyages from the
hands. One is in the form of heavy distinct lines on the
face of the Mount of Luna; the other from the little hair-
lines that leave the line of life but travel on with it.

This indication is similar to that of the life line dividing in

the hand: if one branch goes around Venus, the other
proceeding to the base of the Mount of Luna, it foretells
that the subject will make some great change from his

that the journeys told by the change in
the line of life are far more important

relate to the minor changes or

and fortunate. When the line of fate, however, does not
show any advantage gained at the same point, then the
change will not affect the subject greatly in worldly

determining travels and voyages from the line of the
hands.
1. When the journey line will end with a small cross, the
journey will end in disappointment.
2. When the travel line ends in a square, it denotes

danger from the journey, but the subject will be
protected.
3. When the line ends with an island, no matter how

small, the journey will end with a loss.
4. On the Mount of Luna, the ascendant lines from the

first bracelet are the most beneficial.

and power will be
attained by the subject
and the traveling too
will be a long one.
6. When the travel line

runs into the mount of the Saturn, some fatality will
govern the entire journey.
7. When it runs to the Mount of Sun, the journey promises

riches and fame and is also very favorable.
8. When it reaches the Mount of Mercury, sudden and

unexpected wealth will arise from it.
9. If the travel line runs into the head line and causes a
spot, island or a break, it foretells some danger to the
head or some malady arising from such a journey.
10. Any square or a line on the travel line, foretells

danger, accident and misfortune, but the subject will be
protected from all sorts of accidents.

To the lines of the head, the same rules will be applicable,

with the difference that the danger will be direct to the
head itself. But if the accident line cuts or breaks the head
line, it denotes serious shock or injury to the brain.
