The system of testing and prepration for the finals paper should be usefull
and knowledgeable.
Proper guidence shall be given to the students that they achive their goal
properly.
More attention shall be provided to the student and provide high level of
educational facility to.
There is a lot of problems has been occure in the college, it all shall be
solve at the spot.
Provide better facilities and study environment to the student that they can
gain and groom in better way. Like have a high level of liberary in the
college.
System of study or teaching should be upgraded when ninded while no
need to use old study system and teaching method
Administration shall try to make all upgraded methods and systems
available in College.
Teaching staff:
In staffing following changes need to be made:
Method of teaching of teachers should be more attractive and knowledge of
the teaching staff
Every teacher job shall be described and every teacher know their duties
and also know at what time what duty are to be done
Teachers shall be hired on the basis of merit instead of on base of reference.
Proper dressing shall be followed by the employees and teaching staff so
that it may look decent and standardized.
Teaching staff shall be trained regularly after an interval of time about
services and better teaching methods.

mannered and having a good behavior with students
