We understand the challenges facing the community of people who struggle with food allergies
or have to manage food sensitivities in their lives. We know how difcult it is to eat safely,
especially when eating out. Because food is prepared in a commercial kitchen, there is always
some risk of cross contact of allergens and gluten. Consumers should also be aware of the risk
that manufacturers of commercial food may change the formulation of ingredients or substitute
other ingredients at any time, without notice. Please let your server know the severity of your
allergies. Do you carry Epi-Pin, are you celiac, intolerant, or it is a life style?
We will take appropriate action to accommodate you.
On this menu we have marked with this symbol GF all the gluten free items. Some items can be
modifed of their original preparation. Example (no croutons on Caesar salad). Sandwich bread
will be replaced by gluten free bread. Unfortunately those gluten free products are more
expensive due to ingredients used in their fabrication and where they have been made. We have
to pass that cost along. Therefore there will be surcharge of 0.50 for those items
