Area vs Area Bowling Tourney Rules and Sign up

The Arizona Associaton will host a Single Eliminaton Team Bowling Tournament
on Sunday, August 10
th
startng at 6:00 PM at the
LUCKY STRIKE BOWLING CENTER
The tournament is single eliminaton.
Each of the 7 Areas will be allowed to put together 2 teams, for a total of 14
teams.
Additonal special teams may request approval to compete; i.e, Natonal Ofce/
Ofcers, etc, subject to approval by EANGA. If all 16 slots in the bracket (atached)
are not flled by August 3rd, EANGA may accept additonal teams from the Areas.
Each team roster will consist of 6 named players which will not change once the
tourney has begun. There will be 4 bowlers playing each game. Each team will
have 2 substtutes who can only enter into play between games as the team ad-
vances in the tournament. Players must be EANGUS Conference atendees.
Each team will have at least 1 female player bowling each game.
As teams advance in the bracket, each of the 6 named players must have bowled
in at least 1 game leading up to the championship game.
Highest total combined score of all 4 players determines the winner each game.
Teams will advance through the bracket untl a winner is determined.
There is no cost for bowling or shoe rental for tournament players.
Trophies/prizes will be awarded to the winning team.
Each Area Chair will submit their intent to partcipate, the number of teams they
will have, and an Area Bowling POC name/phone number NLT August 1
st
