LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
ALEJO RAMON JUDAN DACANAY



KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


I, Alejo Ramon Judan Dacanay, Filipino citizen, of legal age, married to Shirley
Angkahan Dacanay, born on the 17th of July 1954, a resident of 106 Trabajo St.
Brgy. San Salvador Baras, Rizal, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and
not acting under undue influence or intimidation from anyone, do hereby declare and
proclaim this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, in English, the language
which I am well conversant. And I hereby declare that:

I. I desire that should I die, it is my wish to be buried according to
teachings of the Church of Christ (Iglesia Ni Cristo) and interred at our
family home in Baras, Rizal;

II. To my beloved wife Shirley Dacanay, I give and bequeath the
following property to wit: our two-storey family home in Baras, Rizal; our
apartment located in Antipolo City; and the 6-hectare land located in No.
313 Pinugay Road, Baras, Rizal;

III. To my esteemed children, Janine Prelle Dacanay and Randelle
Dacanay I give and bequeath the following properties to wit: all my other
properties, real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever located, in
equal shares, provided that my 2011 Toyota Vios Car shall be given to my
son;

IV. To my dear siblings, Joy Dacanay, Ricardo Dacanay and Felipe
Dacanay, I give and bequeath my 10-hectare agricultural land located in
Agoo, La Union, in equal shares;

V. I hereby designate my wife, Shirley Dacanay as the executor and
administrator of this Last Will and Testament, and in his incapacity, I
name and designate my daughter, Janine Prelle Dacanay, as her
substitute.

VI. I hereby direct that the executor and administrator of this Last Will
and Testament or his substitute need not present any bond;

VII. I hereby revoke, set aside and annul any and all of my other will or
testamentary dispositions that I have made, executed, signed or published
preceding this Last Will and Testament.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE

We, the undersigned attesting witnesses, whose residences are stated opposite
our respective names, do hereby certify: That the testator, Alejo Ramon Judan
Dacanay, has published unto us the foregoing Will consisting three pages numbered
correlatively in letters on the upper part of each page thereof, on the left margin, in our
joint presence and we, in turn, at her request have witnessed and signed the same and
every page thereof, on the left margin, in the presence of the testator and in the presence
of each and all of us.

page thereof by the testator and her witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
