Cooling off-period 10 business days from and including the day after you sign or receive the contract. Fees Account establishment fee Not applicable to this offer. Exit (Termination) fee $104.50 (GST inclusive) for your electricity contract if you cancel within the first 12 months of your contract. Eligibility for this plan The details presented in this Energy Price Fact Sheet apply to you if you are a small business customer in South Australia within the SA Power Networks electricity distribution network areas. Rates We may vary your rates under the market retail contract terms for Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases and to recover increases in costs we incur in selling you energy. We will give you 1 month notice for certain increases that exceed CPI as stated in the market retail contact terms, and you can terminate within that 1 month without penalty. Please note the 1 month advance notice is not required when rates are varied to recover increases in network, environmental, market, metering, regulatory and pass through costs. If you get a new meter or your network tariff or tariff structure changes, we may vary your rates to those that apply to the new meter, tariff or tariff structure. If the rates shown are not the rates we generally apply to customers of your type, in your distribution area, with your meter type, we may vary your rates to those we generally apply. If the rates increase we will give you notice a reasonable period before the change and you may terminate within that period without having to pay an early termination fee. We may vary the rates without advance notice to those we generally apply to customers with a solar PV system if you have a system installed or if you install a system during the contract, and the rates will be varied from the date you entered into the contract or the date you installed the system, whichever is the later. We will provide notice of rate changes (which may be via a message on your bill). SA Electricity Feed in Scheme If you are eligible for the South Australian feed in scheme, we will credit you the prescribed amount for electricity you feed into the network in excess of the electricity used by you. We will also pass on to you any credit your distributor gives you for electricity you feed into the network. These credits will appear as a separate line item on your electricity bill.
