Greetings and thank you for your enquiry on our products! Please read the FAQ below to help you understand our
background and aid you in your ordering process.

1) BACKGROUND INFO

1a) Who are we?
Personalised Design and Print Sg is a small, humble and raring-to-go newly start-up home-based business which
started in late 2013. It comprises of passionate graphic designers who have interest in current, fun, trendy and
whimsical design. We believe in producing quality personalized prints for our clients for their special events and/ or
for their gift needs.

1b) Who are our clients?
Gift seekers, parents, soon-to-be married couples, married couples, home-owners, corporates etc.

2) SERVICES AND PRODUCTS

2a) What are our services and products?
Services: Graphic design and printing.
Products: Personalised posters, notebooks, signages, cards, stickers etc. (and anything printable!)

2b) How much are our items?
Please see the above quotation.

3) DELIVERY

3a) How soon can we deliver?
Normally, within 1-2 weeks upon order confirmation.

3b) Do you provide delivery?
Yes only within Singapore. We outsource our delivery to Ta-Q-Bin. To find out the rates, visit http://sg.ta-q-

Alternatively, you may also choose to pick up from our collection point at Tampines St 71 (full address can be
furnished upon request).

4) ORDERING

4a) Whats the ordering process? How do I order?

Step 1: You need to fill up our order forms:
To order posters/ directional signages: www.bit.ly/orderformposters
Step 2: We will reply within 1-2 working days.
Step 3: If your order is confirmed, we will issue an invoice.
Step 4: You would need to make payment by bank fund transfer to POSB Savings Account
194-23849-5. (See part 5 for payment advise).
Step 5: Once payment is received, we will issue a receipt.
Step 6: We will start with the production

5) CHARGES, PAYMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT

5a) How would I know the confirmed total costing for my orders?
We will email you an invoice stating the finalized price.

5b) How do I make payment?
By bank fund transfer to POSB Savings Account 194-23849-5 only.

5c) Will I get a receipt after payment?
Yes. We will email you a receipt.

5d) Is there any contract that I must know before committing to my intended purchase?
Yes. Please read the Terms of Service in the next page. Transferring the full payment to us would mean that you
have accepted our Terms of Service.

6) DEVELOPMENT AND DEIVERY

6a) How long does production take?
Estimated 1-2 weeks. It depends on:
how fast our clients could reply on the revisions required, and
the amount of job queue at our printing vendor

Please see our proposed production timeline:
3-4 working days Submission of first draft.
3-4 working days Submission of two rounds of revised artwork and finalizing the artwork.
3-4 working days Printing.
1-2 days Delivery/ Pick-up.
Should there be a delay in your project, we will update you.

6b) What text/ content/ photo can I put on the poster?
We can recommend some ideas but ultimately, it is up to you. We will follow your instructions and assess the
suitability of the content on the artwork. If the layout of the artwork is affected by your content, we will inform you
and counter-propose.

6c) Will I get to see the draft artwork?
Yes. We will email the draft artwork to you within the next 5-7 working days upon order confirmation. We need
your confirmation via email before proceeding to print.

6d) Can I request for change/s to the draft artwork submitted to me?
Yes, only two rounds of minor revisions are allowed. Minor revisions are: change of colour, patterns, fonts etc.

Terms of Service:

1 Quotations
a) Quotations provided to intended prospect will be honoured for 30 days. A new quote may be provided
upon request.
b) The quotation cannot be published and shared.
c) The quotation is valid only for the intended prospect.

2 Charges & Payment
a) Full payment is required before start of project.
b) We accept payments via Interbank Funds Transfer to POSB Savings account 194-23849-5.

3 Acceptance of contract
a) Acceptance of contract means the client has read and agrees to our terms of service and makes the
payment required prior to service.
b) If for any reason client cancels the project after confirmation, a fee will be agreed with the client
proportionate to the amount of work completed.


4 Development, Delivery, Termination of contract & Refund
a) We agree to complete the design project within the stipulated period and/or agreed timeline (not more
than four weeks from project commencement).
b) If the client does not supply our services with requested materials within 30 days of contract acceptance,
the contract becomes void and any payments by the client are forfeited.
c) Our services take directives from the client for the projects final approval. We advise the client to check
all copy, text or specifications required before final approval corrections or modifications made after
the approval/proofing stage will incur extra charges, as we need to make design changes and repeat the
entire pre-press process to incorporate the new files.
d) We provide two rounds of minor revision for our clients.

5 Copyright & Ownership
a) Upon completion of the project, the Designer owns all rights and ownership to the design, not the client.
b) The Designer retains the right to hold all designs/graphics, and project development with the exception
of content and graphics provided by the client.
c) The Designer reserves the right to re-produce the designs.
d) The Designer reserves the right to display the designs done for the client in any marketing material as
part of his/her professional portfolio. No private information of the client will be displayed or publicised
(such as handphone numbers, email addresses, full addresses etc.)

6 Non-Communication
a) This contract will be honoured for 30 days upon acceptance.
b) If we are unable to communicate with the client on a project for duration of at least 30 days by phone or
email during the design and development process, the project will be canceled without prior notice and
no refund will be issued.
