King Richards Faire Social Media Audit

We took a moment to compare King Richards Faire social media presence on three social media channels and compared it to these six
Massachusetts destinations: Edaville Railroad, Plimoth Plantation, Canobie Lake Park, Old Sturbridge Farm, the Topsfield Fair, and the
Brockton Fair.

KRF has 1,162 Twitter followers, just about the same amount as our competitors. What makes this number impressive, as we have been on
Twitter for only two years, while most of our competitors have been on Twitter for seven or eight years. We have the fastest growth rate of all
our competitors, with an average of 46 new Twitter followers per month, while the closest behind us is Canobie Lake Park with 32 followers
per month. Given that our Twitter is so new comparatively, KRF is well in the lead of gaining Twitter followers. We have made up for lost years
on Twitter very quickly.

KRF has 23,840 Facebook likes, with 2,369 people talking about the page. Compared to our competitors, we have many more likes than
Plimoth Plantation and the Brockton Fair, but are well surpassed by Edaville, Canobie Lake Park, the Topsfield Fair, and Old Sturbridge Village.
This is the only form of social media where our sheer numbers are lower than our more mainstream competitors BUT our engagement is
higher than our competitors, meaning we get many more likes, comments and shares on each post. The page is very active with faire-goers
and they love to participate in conversation and contests, with one recent post reaching nearly 43,000 people simply by asking them to like
and share our page.

Compared to Edaville, Plimoth Plantation, Canobie Lake Park, Old Sturbridge Farm, the Topsfield Fair and the Brockton Fair, KRF has the most
Instagram followers, reaching nearly 600. Old Sturbridge Village and the Brockton Fair do not have Instagram accounts. We have 114 more
followers than our neighbor, Edaville. We have had our Instagram for less than a year, so it is doing very well against the competition. New
followers are constantly joining us. Instagram is a strong tool for us. It will be especially useful during this years season, and we will continue
to add creative photos to Instagram daily to promote all aspects of the Faire.
