TECHNICAL ASPECT
The technical aspect identifies if the proposed business
can render the highest possible service level with minimum cost.
It also covers the study of the stall capacity, stall location,
layout, structural specification, operating requirements and
operation process. It includes the proposed product and related
food to be offered to the customers the location and site of the
proposed business, and the building plans and layout of the
business. It also covers the details of the day-to-day operation
of the business. This aims to assure the safety, convenience,
satisfaction, and benefit of the customers.
Silly-Huns Hot Spot is primarily designed for the
fulfilling of the customers tastes and stomachs. With our
customers, we push ourselves to deliver high quality service
matched only by exceeding our responsibilities and surpassing
their expectations. Silly-Hun Hot Spot will offer this Mexican
Dynamite, which is the main product, guaranteed to match our
every customers tastes. Our stalls location will provide our
customers with the relaxation, convenience, and serve as a
regular busy shop, likely compared to that of 7/11, shawarma
shops, and other growing and popular regularly visited snack
houses.

Our dynamic offers will prove beneficial and satisfying for
every customer.
With the frosty delicious shakes, refreshing soda drinks
and other sweet products, our budding potential business can hit
a profitable start-up, with a little advertising attached.
Location
For the first site, our business will be renting a cozy
space marked by contentment and comfort for our customers which
will be located in #15 Caguioa, Bonifacio Street, Baguio City.
The purpose is to serve our target markets, mainly students from
SLU and the dominant population of young people passing by the
place, which can be comfortable and convenient for their time.
Site survey is primarily our main concern in this preparation.
On our site survey, the proponents found out that the site has
less than five competitors and its a good sign of putting up
the business.
Our proposed site is in an urbanized area where
accessibility and competency are in the proponents favor. In
competency and study of niche/market, the proposed location is a
commercial place, so the prospective customers are almost
everybody.


Operating Time and Control
The establishment is designed to cater not only to the
needs and satisfaction of the customers, and also to their
convenience. Hence, the proponents of Silly-Huns Hot Spot
professes that the said 10:00 establishment will operate from
am to 6:00 pm from Mondays through Sundays to better cater to
everybodys schedule and satisfaction. The target markets are
already running early in the morning and rushing to their homes
late in the afternoon or at night, thus our services are geared
towards the times when the potential customers will be walking
hurrying in front of our stall.
Project Schedule
The activities should be done and properly planned for the
completion of the project, and included here are:

1) Registration of the location of the business at the
Department of Trade and Industry
2) Paying a visit at the Mayors office to get a permit or
license to go into a business
3) Apply for a TIN number at the Bureau of Internal Revenue
for tax purposes
4) Registration of benefits of employees at the Social
Security System and Philhealth






Below is a Gantt chart showing the proposed projects pre-
operating and start-up activities. Silly-Huns Hot Spot business
stall is to be fully completed in a period of 3 months to be
designed and constructed by a hired construction firm.
GANTT CHART


Gantt chart as a charting technique is used by the
proponents to make it easy for the eyes of interested
stakeholders, and to better understand the work breakdown
structure of Silly-Huns Hot Spot.
For the work break down structure of the company, the
proponents are going to meet the following schedules:
January to April. A feasibility study of the proposed
business will be conducted to have a great blueprint which can
utilize needed resources and to be profitable, while keeping
down the costs. Feasibility study can give the proponents a
greater understanding of the business, and will allow them to
reach greater, conceivable heights when the business will be put
to work.
May. Partnership formation will be commenced. This
gathering allows the potential partners to have a common vision
and mission in the business to enable them to put greater effort
and time to the business which will significantly increase the
business performance.
June to August. Processing of the necessary documents for
the business, as well as the start of constructing and designing
the business site. It takes two months to prepare the site for
the reason that the place needs to be completely renovated to
fully conform to the business site idea, and to better serve the
customer for their convenience and satisfaction. The acquisition
of equipment will go with the designing of business site
schedule. Some of the equipment will be ordered thus the long
acquisition time. The proponents decided to order some of the
equipment because it saves on costs while having higher quality
which is superior compared to the commonly found domestic
offers.

July and August. These months are allotted to the hiring of
employees. The qualifications are discussed in the management
aspect of this proposed feasibility study, their works and their
estimated salary.
September. The business will be fully ready and equipped to
enter the competition.

The Building
The building would be a one-storey structure. The main
floor would consist of a long buffet table, four tables, and a
counter top with six chairs. A bar stand would be constructed,
and a refrigerator would be both to keep the cool of the
refreshing soft drinks. A comfort room would be established at
the end of a corner, and a cashier will be installed just in
front of the kitchen door.

As for the outside building customization, a large logo of
Silly-Huns Hot Spot would be portrayed, and in the long run, it
would serve as a trade mark. The logo will have a design of a
face, embellished by the popular moustache of a Senorito,
wearing a Mexican hat, native to the Mexican country. The door
would be designed like that of the old English bars, which can
be pushed. This design was created to bring out a Mexican
atmosphere which will greatly benefit the popularity of our main
dish, the Mexican Dynamite.

Our building shall be constructed in such a way that it
would catch the attention of passer-bys and potential customers,
aside from ensuring that customer would be safe and feel
relaxed.

The proposed building and space will be rented, and will be
improved according to the business design. Renting helps to
bring down the cost rather than buying and constructing a new
building.

by just issuing post-dated checks.

Preparations and Procedures

2. Wash finger chillies and remove the chilly seeds using
running water to remove the bitter taste of the finger
chilly.
3. Slice a block of cheese into sticks and set aside.
Thickness of the cheese may depend on your preference.
4. Slice cooked ham into strips.
5. Get finger chillies, cheese and ham then assemble.
Place one finger chillies together with 2-3 sticks of
cheese and wrap it with a slice of cooked ham then
seal it with a tooth pick.
6. Beat some eggs in a bowl
7. Dip the assembled chillies
8. Roll dipped assembled chillies on the breadcrumbs.
9. Deep fry assembled chillies in hot oil until golden brown.
10. Drain excess oil and let it cool

Shakes
1. Choose fresh and ripe fruit. This will ensure that shake
contains quality ingredients.
2. Cut the fruit into small pieces. Peel the skin off and remove
any seeds. Make the pieces smaller than a golf ball to ensure
that the fruit blends well. It will need 1 to 2 cups of fruit.
3. Place the fruit in the blender. Pour the liquid over the
fruit. It will need to add to 1 cup of preferred liquid,
such as juice, water and milk.
4. Secure the lid on blender. Set the blender on high speed and
hit the start button. Puree the fruit and liquid for 20 to 30
seconds.
5. Check whether the fruit blended well. Once the mixture
blends, begin to add two ice cubes at a time on the low setting.
Continue to add two ice cubes until the fruit shake thickens.
6. It may need to add more fruit, liquid or ice to achieve the
desired thickness and taste.
7. Pour fruit shake into a glass and ready to be served.









Employees
STORE MANAGER/ACCOUNTANT
The store manager will be the one to take care of the
stall. He is to open and close the stall from 12 noon up to 7 in
the evening. Motivating personnel, making sure the store is
making profits and keeping customers satisfied is his priority.
This is the purpose for the preference of a management degree
holder.
Preparing a work schedule, accounting records will also be
his responsibility so as to inventory management. He is to
create a good working environment and a fine place to eat for
the customers. If necessary he is to help the store attendants
in organizing supplies and attending to customers during rush
hours.
He will be receiving a monthly salary of 11,151.40 Php
withheld of tax and net of premiums.





STORE ATTENDANT
A typical work of a waiter and helper is the job of a store
attendant. Both of them will be trained to cook the product so
that they can switch places at their will. Attending to
customers, making the store clean and cooking the product will
be their priority. Physically fit and customer friendly
personnel will be a necessity for this reason. Receiving
deliveries and organizing the supplies is also part of their
job. They are to accompany the store manager in opening and
closing the store from 12noon till 7 in the evening.
They will be receiving minimal wage of 6678.07 Php a month
net of premiums.
The store attendant must at least be a high school graduate
so that he/she may have the basic educational background like
basic math for them to lessen human errors.
The store attendant must have a friendly and pleasing
personality to better cater to our customers. It is said that a
person who doesnt smile shouldnt put up a business because it
will just drive away customers.
With different and varied customers always coming by, a
store attendant should be comfortable with their varied
personalities, and have good social skills.
Being in selling business, store attendant should be polite
and helpful to retain loyal customers, and to better attract
more.
Being physically fit will should be required on store
attendant as the business always need full body motion and the
requirement of moving stocks.
No man is an island. A person who conducts business, taking
all the responsibilities and such is just leading himself to
doom. The proposed business is a team effort, and will forever
be conducted as such. Being comfortable with other members will
greatly boost business positivism and enthusiasm which can help
the business grow with it.
