A SWOT analysis is a structured

planning method used to evaluate
the strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and threats involved
in a project or in a business
venture. A SWOT analysis can be
carried out for a product, place,
industry or person. It involves
specifying the objective of the
business venture or project and
identifying the internal and external
factors that are favorable and unfavorable to achieve that objective. The technique is
credited to Albert Humphrey, who led a convention at the Stanford Research Institute
in the 1960s and 1970s using data from Fortune 500 companies. The degree to which
the internal environment of the firm matches with the external environment is
expressed by the concept of strategic fit.
Setting the objective should be done after the SWOT analysis has been performed.
This would allow achievable goals or objectives to be set for the organization.
Strengths: characteristics of the business or project that give it an
advantage over others.
Weaknesses: characteristics that place the business or project at a
disadvantage relative to others
Opportunities: elements that the project could exploit to its advantage
Threats: elements in the environment that could cause trouble for the
business or project
Identification of SWOTs is important because they can inform later steps in planning
to achieve the objective.
First, the decision makers should consider whether the objective is attainable, given
the SWOTs. If the objective is not attainable a different objective must be selected
and the process repeated.
Users of SWOT analysis need to ask and answer questions that generate meaningful
information for each category (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) to
make the analysis useful and find their competitive advantage.

Strength
An individual's physical strength is determined by two factors; the cross-sectional
area of muscle fibers recruited to generate force and the intensity of the recruitment.
Individuals with a high proportion of type I slow twitch muscle fibers will be
relatively weaker than a similar individual with a high proportion of type II fast twitch
fibers, but would have a greater inherent capacity for physical endurance. I think
Tajuddin Ahmed have very much strength then me.
Knowledge: Knowledge is a familiarity, awareness or understanding of someone or
something, such as facts, information, descriptions, or skills, which is acquired
through experience or education by perceiving, discovering, or learning. Knowledge
can refer to a theoretical or practical understanding of a subject. It can be implicit (as
with practical skill or expertise) or explicit (as with the theoretical understanding of a
subject); it can be more or less formal or systematic.

In philosophy, the study of
knowledge is called epistemology; the philosopher Plato famously defined knowledge
as "justified true belief".Tajuddin Ahmed have more knowledgeable then me.
Cash and capital: Financial capital is money used by entrepreneurs and businesses to
buy what they need to make their products or to provide their services to the sector of
the economy upon which their operation is based, i.e. retail, corporate, investment
banking, etc. Financial capital or just capital in finance and accounting, is funds
provided by lenders (and investors) to businesses to purchase real capital equipment
for producing goods/services. Real capital or economic capital comprises physical
goods that assist in the production of other goods and services, e.g. shovels for
gravediggers, sewing machines for tailors, or machinery and tooling for factories.
Tajuddin Ahmed has much more capital than me.
Network: The human network is generally regarded as a social structure composed of
individuals, business partners, friends or other organizations connected through
technology, using devices such as PCs, cell phones, PDAs and digital TVs. Evidence
of the human network can be found in the rapid rise of social networking. In addition,
free software and mash-up applications have enabled unprecedented collaboration in
commerce, art, sciences, health and education. Tajuddin sir has better network than
me and that is not comparable.

Weakness
Smoking: Smoking is a practice in which a substance is burned and the resulting
smoke breathed in to be tasted or inhaled. Most commonly the substance is the dried
leaves of the tobacco plant which has been rolled into rice paper into a small, round
cylinder called a "cigarette". The vaporization creates heated aerosol and gas to form
that allows inhalation and deep penetration into the lungs where absorption into the
bloodstream of the active substances occurs. In some cultures, smoking is also carried
out as a part of various rituals, where participants use it to help induce trance-like
states that, they believe, can lead them to "spiritual enlightenment". Where Tajuddin
sirs smoking is his weakness I have not.
Coffee: People drink coffee to relieve mental and physical fatigue and to increase
mental alertness. Coffee is also used to prevent Parkinson's disease, gallstones, type 2
diabetes, gastrointestinal cancer, lung cancer, and breast cancer. Other uses include
treatment of headache, low blood pressure, obesity, and attention deficit-hyperactivity
disorder (ADHD).Rectally, coffee is used as an enema to treat cancer. Coffee enemas
are used as a part of the "Gerson Therapy." In the Gerson Therapy, cancer patients are
treated with caffeinated coffee in the form of enemas every four hours on a daily
basis. During the treatment people are given a diet of liver, vegetables, and a variety
of medicines, including potassium, pepsin, Lugol's solution, niacin, pancreatin, and
thyroid extracts. So taking more coffee is not good for health and for that rason it is
weakness for Tajuddin sir.
Family Attachment: We believe in the power of relationships. Relationships with
parents, children, spouses, peers, the Divine and even ourselves have an immense
impact on an individual's holistic health. Our practice builds upon this philosophical
base. We work with adults, couples, families and children in improving relationships
and building on existing strengths.Sir is very much emotional to his family where I
have less attraction to my family. And this family attachment is might be a weakness
for him.

Opportunity
Businessman: A businessperson (plural businesspeople) is a business professional;
especially one with a senior position (such as a corporate executive).Gender-specific
names for a businessperson are businessman and businesswoman. The word
businessman was first attested in 1826;businesswoman in 1844;and businessperson in
1974.An extraordinarily wealthy or powerful businessperson is called a business
magnate or tycoon.As a business person our sir is very much special where I am doing
a job. So its his opportunity.
Academic Degree: An academic degree is a college or university diploma, often
associated with a title and sometimes associated with an academic position, which is
usually awarded in recognition of the recipient having either satisfactorily completed
a prescribed course of study or having conducted a scholarly endeavour deemed
worthy of his or her admission to the degree. The most common degrees awarded
today are associate, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. Most higher education
institutions generally offer certificates and several programs leading to the obtainment
of a Master of Advanced Studies, which is predominantly known as a Diplme
d'tudes suprieures spcialises, under its original French name.Sir have good
academic degree from American top class university where I have from NSU.
Family background: I think the realities of having a strong family background is
striking me harder and harder nowadays as I relate to people around me. For example,
a person with rich parents or strong connections will obviously have the chance to
pursue education in the best instituitions and potentially is going to have great
certifications landing him a good first job and propelling him in his career.
Sometimes, these people do not have to worry about anything and just focus on living
their lives as they wish because they have their safety nets, the parents wealth and
connections. Sir has a business family background and it is his opportunity.

Threat
Strict: Authoritarian personality is a state of mind or attitude characterised by belief
in absolute obedience or submission to one's own authority, as well as the
administration of that belief through the oppression of one's subordinates. It usually
applies to individuals who are known or viewed as having an authoritative, strict, or
oppressive personality towards subordinates. Sir is very much strict about his
decision.
Constant Mind: We should view this sort of peace, in which we let go of the
aggregates, as a strategy. When the mind isn't at peace, that's because it doesn't let go.
It holds onto things as its self or belonging to its self. As a result, it suffers. It feels
stress. The mind takes its stance in form, in feelings, in perceptions, in consciousness.
It seizes hold of these things, but these things are inconstant. When they change, they
lead to disappointment. The mind then
thrashes around and piles on more stress
and suffering. So we have to view peace
as our strategy the peace we try to
give rise to seeing it as a high level of
happiness. As for any lack of peace, we
should view that as suffering. The mind
lacks peace because defilements disturb
it. This happens because the mind isn't
skillful, and the mind isn't skillful
because of delusion. But sir have a one
word type man and I never seen his
decision changing situation like a Army
person.
Unpredictable: Tua sir is highly unpredictable to me. He does many surprising things
to us. Though those are for our own good but yet sometimes those are very
unpredictable. For example, he takes quizzes of extra chapters if he brings the print
out. We cant even predict single things about our Sir.
