If youve never heard of coiled tubing or arent very familiar with the concept, read this
folder carefully.
It briefy describes the advantages of coiled over straight length tubing in hydraulic and
instrumentation systems and how it can save you time, improve your system integrity and
cut your costs.

Bend time
in your favor
Unlike straight length tubing, which normally
requires an extensive number of connections,
coiled tubing can be rolled out DQGWWHd to
the required lengths with VLJQLFDQWly fewer
connections.This will sharply reduce your
installation time.

Coiled tubing will sharply reduce

your installation time.

Fewer connections, of course, mean reduced

risk of leakage. An installation with high system
integrity requires less inspection, supervision
and maintenance, allowing you to spend time
on other more important activities. With coiled
tubing, you can almost bend time in your favor.

Lock in your
performance
How much downtime are you willing to
accept in your systems performance?
One day?One hour?Or none?
If none, consider the advantages of
coiled tubing. Because coiled tubing

Cut costs,
not corners
requirHVVLJQLFDQWly fewer WWLQJV, the integrity
of your process improved. Basically, with coiled
tubing, you can virtually lock in your performance
and productivity objectives.

If time is money, then coiled

tubing represents money saved.
Its as simple as this:
fewerWWLQJV + reduced installation time
= lower costs.
And since you can cut the exact lengths
required to complete the job from a coil,
theres no scrap loss. So why not cut costs,
not corners?

fewer fittings + reduced installation time = lower costs
