1. When you are trying to create a new slide in powerpoint first you have to click on the
Home tab, in the Slides group, click New Slide.
2. n the Home tab, in the Slides group, click !ayout, and then select a slide layout that will
best accommodate the content that you plan to add to the slide.

1. When trying to insert clip art you can insert or copy pictures and clip art into a
"ower"oint presentation from many different sources, including downloading from a clip
art Web site provider, copying from a Web page, or inserting from a folder where you
save the pictures.

when you click the slide.

finishes !laying (that is, no additional click is re%uired to make the ne#t animation
effect start).

When you insert a sound on a slide, an icon that represents the sound file appears. &o play the
sound while you give your presentation, you can set the sound to start automatically when the
slide is displayed, start on a mouse(click, start automatically but with a time delay, or play as part
of an animation se)uence. *ou can also play music from a $+ or add narration to your
presentation.

&o select multiple slides, click the first slide, and then press and hold $&-! while you
click the other slides.
