1.0 Identification
This system is an expert system suitable in some narrow problem area and symbolize a true
human expert's understanding, skill and problem-solving strategies. This system already used
in many problem areas, examples in pharmacy, information systems and others area that well
understood a system and do not require common sense. There are considerable areas benefits
in reaching a precise answer quickly when there is needed. An expert system is generally
composed of an information base, consequence engine, and the end user border.
This system is important and an intelligent agent that personalised, self-adjusted level of
instruction; instantaneous feedback; portability with any system; consistency; and better
control of updating and variability of performances. This system development consist of the
activities and maintenance to obtain and represent the knowledge as well as to make
suggestions and produce descriptions.

2.0 Project Proposal
2.1 What is Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence is automating task that have some requirement such as human
intelligence that illustration and intellectual with knowledge, hypothetical values and
applications. Artificial intelligence is development of sub-disciplines such as uncertain
reasoning, decision making, real-time reasoning and knowledge representation. Artificial
intelligence have development in specialty areas that vision, natural language, intelligent user
interfaces and computational neuroscience.

2.2 Scope
This project is about server management system and systematize how to use in some area
such as the students records, their selling and maintenance records, balance assessment and
other server functions content. This systems help users obtain the knowledge system and
other services that connect to the server such as printer system.

2.3 System Requirements
2.3.1 Hardware
Desktop
Central Processing Unit (CPU)
Keyboard
Mouse
External/internal Speaker
Headphone (optional)
Minimum Dual Core generation processor
Minimum 2 GB RAM
Minimum Intel Graphic card
2.3.2 Software
Minimum better than Windows XP
Verbot 5 player and editor compulsory (open the .VKB file)

2.3.3 Developing software
This system implement by using Verbot 5 editor. This version is Standard Edition and latest
from right now. This software is free based development application and popular chatterbox
program. Before install it, user must have Microsoft NET 2.0 framework. There are many
features to attract user such as can change the agent's voice, pitch, and speed.

2.4 Scope of User
2.4.1 Intermediate level
Intermediate level is second level in computer skills and require some general knowledge
about server management and computer software and hardware. This is mostly recommended
to IT and computer engineering user.

2.4.2 Expert level
In expert level, user is must the programmer of this system and not user friendly to a
beginner. These programmer can be in any gender and age also not an issue for computer
skills.

3.0 Problem Specification
3.1 Aim of the system
Verbot is called Verbally Enchanted Software Robot that develop to provide information on
how the system works and deep details in server management system. This server system
give explanation about how its connect with web server and send and retrieve data by email.
This program have a lot questions about server and provide knowledge to the users such as
user manual. This robot creates to have conservations between relate questions reaction and
users.
Aim of the system are to assistance beginners and for being presented to use of beginners that
capable to conversation with beginners and enquire analyses about their comforts, and based
on their comforts the system gives idea to the beginners.

3.2 Domain Expert
The domain expert of our system was the programmer. The programmer assisted a lot to get
as much info as thinkable about the server management system in UCTI.

3.3 Project Team
In this project includes of three students from A.P.U college, the team leaders is Tulasinatan
S/O Muthualagu, Thayalan S/O Benjaman is programming leader and Tinagaraj S/O Morgan
is knowledge engineer.

4.0 Analysis of the Problem Domain
4.1 Expert Interview
As we are using the Internet like our domain expert, testers we used to evaluate the system
and find out problems with it. Following is interviewing to one of them:
Melvin: Thanks for taking the time to make the trials and answer some of our questions.
Tina: It is a pleasure.

Melvin: What your personal opinion on this system?
Tina: Interesting and useful all at the same time. It makes things much easier with fast result
without reference to others. It's like a one stop centre or an all in one system.

Melvin: Do you think the system makes sense to use?
Tina: yes. Worth using. It is true that there are better systems and information can be found
there. But not carried out in many areas. Especially meets reference information and visit
people from different departments and facilities to obtain certain information and results

Melvin: What enhancements would you recommend for the system?
Tina:

Melvin: What are the special characteristics you liked on the system?
Tina: Accurate information given

Melvin: Is the system easier to use?
Tina: Yes indeed. Easy to use

Melvin: Thanks again you for your time and consideration.
Tina: You are welcome

7.0 Future Enhancements
According to the test result of the expert, the following improvements could be made to the
system to enhance the efficiency of the system:
7.1 The voice recognition application
At the moment, our system only accepts input by typing on the keyboard. In the future, we
are considering the implementation of voice recognition to make our system more efficient
and to the technology.
7.2 Upgrade current network server
As in our current system, we have primary server for back up and security, we may upgrade
the server to have a reliable and fast central data server. To avoid these costly disruptions
most experts would agree that being pro-active and making sure you have all your technology
up to date and your data backed up offsite properly is of most importance.
7.3 Experts support
The current system is not that efficient. As in future, we are planning to have more experts to
more user-friendly system that will cater to help users that do not spell words well. This
system provides great information that will be useful for the users.

8.0 Conclusion
This part of assignment concentrates on summarizing work that has been done in project.
Answers for questionnaire are also presented. While doing the project we build the server
management system. It contains lab information details, server information, web server
information, server management, primary server for back up and security and other services;
such as printing services, etc. The application was built on VERBOT application. This Verbot
system will counsel the user to guide the user about the server management system. This
system has been tested by the group member and additionally the lecturer. There are yet a lot
of limitations as the data of the system is not satisfy all range of user, and the lack of methods
of conversing alongside the user is expected to be improved.

The basic question is It is possible to construct such a system and to obtain satisfactory
results? The trademark application was built may be evidence that it is possible. Computers
and mobile devices can handle this type of application and can be used to find information.
The second part the question is not so easy to answer, and the output produced by the
software is an intention to provide information about the server management system. What is
expectations user at a Server Management System? Could it be fulfilled using existing
devices? People want to have all the information gathered in one place, and access them any
device any time. Portable devices that can provide almost any functionality that is available
on the computer typical desktop. They have a small screen, but most people prefer to have
mobility and can accept this weakness.
