NOTE:
i) A fee of Rs.200/- will be charged for preparation of Duplicate
PUPIN Card and the word DUPLICATE will be specifically
mentioned on the PUPIN Cards.
ii) If fault in the correction case is at the College level, the College
has to pay a fee of Rs.50/- for making correction in the PUPIN
Card.
iii) If fault is at the University level, the office has to deal with the
correction cases free of cost within 3 months of the issue of
PUPIN Card and after the expiry of three months the candidate
has to pay the fee of Rs.50/- for correction in the PUPIN Card.

NOTE:
All the students, at the time of initial enrolment to Panjab University
courses on the campus or in the affiliated institutions shall pay Rs.15/-
towards P.U. Alumni House and Scholarship Fund. The money so
collected by the affiliated colleges/Institutions shall be remitted to the said
fund. 20% of the amount so collected be distributed proportionately for
award of Scholarships to the University and College students.
