Notes:
1. Bolt torque levels shall be in accordance with manufacturers published data. In the absence of
manufacturers published data, NETA table 100.12 shall be used
2. Micro-ohm or DC millivolt drop values shall not exceed the high levels as indicated in the manufacturers
published data. In the absence of manufacturers published data, investigate values that deviate from similar
connections by more than 50% of the lowest value.
3. Float and equalize voltage settings shall be in accordance with the battery manufacturers published data
4. Current limit shall be within the manufacturers recommended maximum
5. Results of load sharing between parallel chargers shall be in accordance with system design specifications
6. Results of alarm operations shall be in accordance with manufacturers published data and system design
7. Input and output voltage shall be in accordance with manufacturers published data
8. Charger shall be capable to operate at specified full load
9. Cell voltages shall be within 0.05 volt of each other or as per the manufacturers published data
10. Cell internal ohmic (resistance, impedance or conductance) shall not vary by more than 25% between
identical cells that are fully charged
11. Voltage measured from positive to ground or negative to ground shall be similar in magnitude
