1. Logic
Loic is the science and art of correct thin.ing. 5t atte3pts to codify the rules of rational thought.
Logicians e9plore the structure of argu3ents that preser0e truth or allo$ the opti3al e9traction of
.no$ledge fro3 e0idence. Logic is one of the pri3ary tools philosophers use in their in:uiries; the
