Worked with a team of 13 to build community within the Residence Hall.
Planned and implemented programs at least once a month to meet the needs of my
residents. These programs included things such as volunteer work, community gatherings,
and homework tips and tricks.
Addressed problems within the residence hall that violated the student code of conduct.
These issues involved discrimination, anxiety, alcohol and drugs, and social and academic
success.
