"Punjab rang" and nawaein zayiay (subjective portion)
"Khoj punjab" (objective portion)
DAY 1 Plan For subjective portion: 1)Look gheet 2)Lori 3)Boliyan 4)Mahiya Prepare all these topics while consulting from above mentioned books.Additional material can be searched from internet if you want to add some more margin in your notes. I just highlighted the definitions and quotes from the book.To prepare this portion of punjabi one have to learn by heart some "ashaars"(mainy b in pe zyada focus kia aur extra material short pages pe likh k relevant pages pe stapple ker dia )Though this is not an easy task if you are an alien to this language(gayon mein rehny ka ek faeda huwa ha in mein se aksar cheezein mujy already pta thein). For objective portion: Just go through once the above mentioned topics from objective book.
Tip: Punjabi mahiay tappy ya sab look gheet gaanny k kuch traditional style hein.Like you can listen Abrar ul haq's song "jat",(is song se bolian yaad rakhny ka style apny mind mein paste kerein aur bolian usi sur mein yaad kerein for example in this song,,,,,,,,,,neeli koori ve wakeela teri jay pehli peshi yaar chut jaye.........same trick you can apply for mahiya by searching punjabi mahiay from internet then by adopting their specific traditional style) Day 2 Plan: For subjective portion: 1)Dhola( is ka sur mujy samjh nai aya bas guzara hai qk sample dholy ziyada yaad he nai ho pa rhy........ager aap mein se kisi ko is ka trick pta hai tu please share) 2)Jugni.....added some verses from Alam And Arif lohar's jugni in my notes 3)Rishtyan waly punjabi geet(baki sary geet jo oper prepare kiay hein un mein se specific rishton waly filter ker lein like they can include boliyan lori mahiay etc)...kuch aur b add ker lein from the relevent portion 4)Rasman riwajan tay wiyah shadi aly punjabi geet(easy to prepare ...infact entertaining portion)
For objective portion: Read all the above mentioned topics from KHOJ PUNJAB
Enjoy ye dekhny mein chota sa plan lag rha ha but hai kafi lamba it can consume your 10 to 12 hours......so be ready DAY ----3 Plan
For Subjective portion: 1)Sik Mitran di(Hafeez taib) Online link 2)Trinjin(Ahmad Rahi) Online Link 3)jagraty(Shareef Kunjahi) Online Link
Just follow the topics and subtopics of above mentioned books and add material by consulting text books and your personal observation.
For Objective portion: Just read the topics' related material from objective book.
Tips: In my personal opinion,to secure good scores in this portion one has to learn by heart some 20+ Ashhars and poems. So, i think by consulting actual text and with keen observation while reading the relevent text book, one can make it done quite comprehensibly. Remember don't overload your notes with ashaars and references (utna likhein jitna papers k doran easily revise ho saky).....It's difficult to remember exact words of quotes and poetry but by dividing the overall work in sections it could be done. For example in this phase of preparation just focus on notes and by giving 6 or 7 readings make yourself familiar to the poet and poetry.I personally beleive that by doing so i have done almost 60 % prepration.Later on during revision phases i will deal with them(ashaars and poems) one by one. DAY .....4 Plan
For subjective portion: 1)Safr di rat(Munir Nyazi) online link 2)Aklapy da musafir(Arif Abdul mateen) Online link 3)Kachy ghary(Baqi siddiui) Unfortunately abhi tak is book ka online link nai mila.so i prepared it just from the books (Punjab Rang and Nawein Zayiay).
For objective portion: Same approach as cited above.Bird eye view of above mentioned topics. Lok Geet (20 marks) Jadeed Shairi(20 marks) Objective( 20 marks ....still in process but they can be covered easily) And to attempt last question of the punjabi which is normally to write note on the topics generally related from all the portions(10 marks) Now by moving to nasar portion:
I think it's bit difficult to score in nasar portion and to score high one should read actual text books.(ABhi tak koi khas data nai mila so bookish material se he guzara kia ha)
DAY 5 plan
For subjective portion: 1)Kalyian ittan kaly ror 2)Tahli day thaly 3)Khutbat e Iqbal
For objective portion: Read clssical poetry portion just once from "khoj punjab" Day 6 PLAn
For Subjective portion: 1)Hath( novel) 2)Muaze nosha 3)Sachi sarkar I think to prepare lok gheet and to retain poetry in the hard disk of your memory is easy when you compare it with nasar portion. Its really wreaking havoc and i am wondering how to remember the exact paragraphs of nasar from the actual text books.Anyhow,to have clear picture of this portion i will recommend the thorough reading of the actual text books.Fortunately, one of the worthy members of this forum(known as ALI SB) has made it easy to access all text books through internet. Link Hope so this will work for other aspirants too. For objective portion: Follow the relevent topics from the objective book.
So this was the final day plan to cover the punjabi.I enjoyed it whie pasting my strategy of preparation.Best of Luck give atleast 5 more revisions to your preparation.
