Instructions:
1. Interested qualified applicants must submit their letter of application using the prescribed template attached herein,
not later than August 6, 2014, with the following supporting documents:
a.Updated Personal Data Sheet
b. Certificate of Eligibility or License issued by the Civil Service Commission, Professional Regulation Commission, or Supreme Court
c.Transcript of Records
d. Diploma
e.Certificate of trainings and seminars attended, if any
f. Performance Appraisal Report for the last 2 rating periods (for government personnel only)
An applicant who fails to submit the supporting documents on the set deadline shall be excluded from the screening and evaluation.
2. Only those who meet the minimum CSC Qualification Standards of the position applied for should apply.
3. All qualified employees occupying next-in-rank positions should submit letter of intent signifying interest for promotion.
Non-submission of letter of intent shall be construed as a waiver from inclusion in the selection line-up.
4. Applicants who pass the preliminary screening shall be posted in the BOC website. If an applicant does not receive
notice from the HRMD, it means that the applicant did not pass the qualification standards and his/her application
shall not be processed further.
5. Those who are included in the list posted in the BOC website, www.customs.gov.ph, shall undergo the aptitude test,
which schedule and venue shall be posted in the same website.
6. Those with relatives in BOC within the fourth (4th) degree of consanguinity or affinity need not apply (for new applicants only).
