PREFACE

This training is a part of MBA 5 Years program .This is basically designed to
expose the students of MBA 5 Years course to real life situation of an organization.
This helps the students in developing the decision-making abilities. To develop
healthy managerial and administrative skills potential managers, it is necessary that
theoretical knowledge must be supplemented with exposure of real life
environment. Actually, it is very vital for management and is in practical training.

I did my training at BHARAT ENTERPRISES, Karnal Haryana. I was assigned a
project on "Routine operations & HR Practices . I gained knowledge of about the
efficient running of HR Department and about the various programs run by them.
