Details of list of empanelled healthcare service provider will be on website, customer will get
separate login id.
Customer service center which refers patients on a daily basis according to their requirements.

CRM process for referrals based on location, specialization and treatment/procedure required.
The appointments are scheduled and confirmed to the patients by our professionally trained
customer care executives.

For customer delight, we share doctors/centers details with members via sms utility post
referrals.
