I grab ideas from weight lifting, yoga, pilates, resistance training, tabata,
bootcamp, and tai chi and smash them into a fun, challenging and efective 45
minute class. Fitness Fusion will help you tone lean muscle, lose extra fat and
increase your strength and endurance. The exercises are easily modied, so all

a run!wal#!run techni6ue based on the 7alloway method. This is a run for (
minute, wal# for ' minute method, and is a proven way to run longer distances
with less pain and in$ury. If you can run8wal# for 9* minutes you can run8wal# 5
miles in - wee#s. :oly cow/ ,ouldn5t that be awesome1/ ,e will be running
outdoors, rain or shine and setting or rising 0eptember sun, so be prepared. I will
teach running techni6ues, muscle strengthening, shoe selection, running
exercises, stretches, nutrition, and address any other tips, tric#s and 6uestions

our new s#ills/ The t running classes have been a huge success. In past running
clubs we have made new friends, set personal records, lost weight, gained
strength and condence, and have all around been ama&ed by what we can
accomplish together and individually. This class is suitable for beginners and
