The success of a session of the All India Oriental Conference depends entirely upon the active participation of
Universities, learned societies and scholars interested in the various subjects coming under the purview of the
Conference. Universities and Learned societies are, therefore, requested to depute delegates to the session. All
persons interested in Oriental learning and research are requested to enroll themselves as members of the conference
by filling in the accompanying membership form. The subscription for the session is Rs. 200/- and Life Membership
fees is Rs. 1,000/-. Please send different DDs for Full Membership and Life Membership Fees.

The membership form, duly filled in and accompanied by the necessary amount of subscription, is to be sent to the
General Secretary, All India Oriental Conference., The amount of fees should be sent by Demand Draft Only.
Life Members are also required to fill in the accompanying form and forward it to the General Secretary, All India
Oriental Conference, Head Office: Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute, 812, Shivajinagar, Pune - 411004 .The
last date of registration of membership is 15

The registered members /delegates shall have to pay Rs.2500/- as delegate fee to partly cover the expenses of
their boarding & lodging. Delegate fees should be sent to the Local Secretary. The Last date to receiving
delegate fee is 30

September, 2014. Scholars are requested to submit their research papers typed, (Soft as well as
Hard copy) in duplicate [one copy to the Local Secretary and one to the Sectional President], for any of the
Sections of the Session. The papers should be of the nature of ORIGINAL CONTRIBUTION to the subject. They
should not exceed ten doublespaced typed pages and should be each accompanied by a summary not exceeding
three hundred words. The papers, along with their summaries should be sent to the Local Secretary upto 31

Aug. 2014. Screening of Abstract of papers will be strictly maintained. The Abstracts shall be 300 words.
