our trade crisis will worsen.

enough high-income people to satisfy
the spending appetite of Congress.
Walter Williams predicts: "As taxes rise

responds by getting tougher. I predict
Congress will change our currency for
the 'stated' purpose of catching drug
pushers, but the real purpose will be to
find out who has how much money,
and whether they paid taxes on it.
Additional clamping down will be
found in tax regulations requiring
identity numbers for all Americans over
five-years-old. You will have to march

ity office and get them an identity

III. The Changing of the U.S.
Constitution
Beginning this year and going
through 1989, we will celebrate the
200th anniversary of the Constitutional
Convention that met in Philadelphia
(1787-1789). Leading humanists and
socialists will use this time to
"reappraise" our nation's governmental
system. Efforts will be made to
"modernize" out Constitution and to
make government more efficient. What
all these suggested "reforms" mean, is
that there will be a move afoot to
change the Constitution by replacing it
will a new one. Perhaps a constitu-
tional convention will be called for this
purpose. Watch out for the hidden
agenda of the Bicentennial Agenda to
trash our Constitution for another one,
perhaps, similar to the parliamentarian
model of Great Britain, thus dismant-
ling, legally and finally, our constitu-
tional republican form of government.
IV. The Threat of Aids
Because homosexuality will continue
to be legalized, even made into a legal
minority, protected by law through
quotas, etc.; and because sexual promis-
cuity, encouraged by, among other
things, rampant ptonography and the
continuing break-down Of a national
moral consensus bases on biblical
standards, A.I.D.S. (Acquired Immune
Deficiency Syndrome) will increase. Dr.
Frank Press, president of the National
AGademy of Sciences said: "Beginning
in 1990, we will lose as many Ameri-
cans each year to AIDS as we lost in
the entire Vietnam War." That was
about 58,000 people. However, in the
light of recent studies, Press's comment
is a gross understatement. Other scien-
tists, researchers and medical personnel
have explicitly described AIDS as be-
coming the worst plague in the past
one thousand years. A few hundred
years ago the Black Plague in Europe
killed about 70 million people! Many
researchers are giving up on a medical
cure. But it has also been shown that
there is a defmite cure that can stop the
AIDS epidemic dead in its tracks: Re-
pentance of homosexuality, sexual
promiscuity and the abuse of drugs.
Learn all you can about this epidemic
and take precautions to protect yourself
and your family.
The solutions that are being offered
only exacerbate the situation. The Na-
tional Academy of Sciences, for ex-
ample, has issued a report recom-
mending a $2 billion federal program of
education and research to combat AIDS.
In addition it has urged a widespread
campaign to warn people to "protect
themselves against AIDS by using con-
doms, avoiding anal intercourse with
infectedindi viduals and notsharing need-
les and syringes for injecting drugs."
Wonderful! Instead of reconunending
complete abstinence from homosexual-
ity, sexual promiscuity and the abuse of
drugs, it recommends safer homosexual-
ity, safer sexual promiscuity and safer
drug-abuse. The Surgeon General's
Report on AIDS is no better. Everett
Koop's report contains similar advice.
In fact Dr. Koop goes so far as to write:
"Education about AIDS should start at
an early age so that children can grow
up knowing the behaviors to avoid to
protect themselves from exposure to the
AIDS virus. AIDS education must start
at the lowest grade possible as part of
any health and hygiene program. There
is now no doubt that we need sex
education in schools and that it includes
information on sexual practices that
may put our children at risk for AIDS."
Moreover, the Surgeon General's report
recommends as resource material, per-
iodicals produced by homosexual organi-
zations.
V. The Hidden Story of Infla-
tion
In 1986, inflation, the increase of the
money supply, increased in a big way,
but hardly anyone has mentioned it
The money supply increased around
14% in 1986. During the last six
months the annual rates of increase
have been even greater--17%. This
enormous money supply growth is
inflation, and it is the first and major
factor that may cause a resurgence of
double-digit price increases beginning
in 1987. The second major factor
indicating a resurgence of price in-
creases in 1987 is the federal deficit and
debt. The deficit in fiscal 1986 was
larger than any federal budget prior to
1972. And the fiscal 1986 deficit was
larger than the combined total federal
budgets from 1789 to 1942.
John Robbins has pointed out that
the "federal debt, now admitted to be
over $2.2 trillion by the government,
has been financed in part by foreign
lenders who, faced with a dollar losing
value on the foreign currency markets
and falling interest rates, may soon be
reluctant to lend any more money to the
federal government. When that happens,
the Federal Reserve will have to create
even more money by buying more
government debt itself and by lowering
the interest rate at which it lends
money. As soon as the owners of real
savings, whether foreign or domestic,
hesitate to lend their money to the
federal government and choose rather to
invest their savings in income or
wealth producing businesses and proper-
ty, the Federal Reserve, as the govern-
ment's banker, must fill the financing
gap. The only way the Federal Reserve
can do that is to inflate (meaning, to
create new money)."
