Dear Prof. Meshram,

We refer to our telephone conversation of 19

March 2013 on the above subject.

We would like to visit your institute to conduct interviews of B. Tech, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers who
will be graduating this year.

As discussed, attached are the documents with the following information:

- Brief Profile of company
- Overview of BG Group and BG India, with details of job profile, offshore working conditions and salary
offer.
- Detailed salary offer (which I believe qualifies us for the Dream Company category).

I would like you to re-iterate two points in your communication with students:
- The position is for Offshore working and involves rotational work pattern of 14 days On and 14 days Off
work. (please give me a call , if any further information is required on this, while a brief outline is included in
the presentation.)

- As discussed, we currently have an International Graduate Development Program, where freshers are hired
from select Campuses (primarily IITs and NITs). They are on a different program altogether with a different pay
structure as well. The students we are looking to hire from your esteemed institute is to directly work in our
Operations Offshore team from the beginning. The on-the-job learning will be focused on offshore operations
itself. Therefore, those students who are uncomfortable with peers from other institutes on a different program
should reflect and not apply, if this concerns them. We prefer to set the expectations clear to avoid later
disappointed both to the students and the organization.
