P R E S S N O T E
1. It is hereby notified for information of all the REGULAR CANDIDATES of
M.A./M.Com./M.Sc./M.Sc.(Comp. Science)/M.Sc.(Nano Science)/M.S.W./ M.Com.(IS)/
MFC (CBCS & Non-CBCS) of all the Campus, Constituent, Affiliated & O.U. P.G. District
College that the I & III Semester (Regular) Examinations are scheduled in the month of
December, 2011. Thedetailed Time-Table will be notified in due course.
2. Candidates should not apply for any of their backlog paper(s) or for paper-wise
Improvement in the above examinations.
3. The schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of examination application
forms at the respective colleges is given below : -
a) Last date for payment of examination fee without Monday
late fee and submission of Examination forms at 12.12.2011
the respective Colleges.
b) Last date for payment of examination fee with a Friday
late fee of Rs.200/- and submission of examination 16.12.2011
application forms at the respective Colleges.
4. DETAILS OF EXAMINATION FEE :-
A) i) M. Sc. Bio-Technology, Forensic Science,
Environmental Science, Analytical Chem., Rs.1020 +50 =1070/-
Phar. Chem., Nutrition & Diet., Electronics., Nano Science
Computer Science & Geo-informatics, Compu.Geophysics,
ii) M. Com.(IS) & MFC
B) i) All other M. Sc. Courses excluding those
Mentioned above under item A.i. Rs.400 +50 =450/-
ii) M. Com./M.A./MSW Courses.
D) Principals are requested to pay the Examination fee separately
on the dates given below and obtain the receipts from the bank.
1. Without late fee on 13.12.2011
2. With late fee on 16.12.2011
E) PLEASE SUBMIT THE ENCLOSED FEE ABSTRACT COMPULSORY,
OTHERWISE FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
F) FEE PAID ONCE CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR ADJUSTED FOR ANY
FUTURE EXAMINATION.
5. IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE EXAMINATION FEE, EACH CANDIDATE
APPEARING I-SEMESTER EXAMINATION FOR THE FIRST TIME IS
REQUIRED TO PAY RS.300/- EXAMINATION PROCESSING FEE (ONCE IN A
COURSE TIME).

6. Fresh candidates appearing for I-Semester shall enclose Xerox copies of their Degree
Certificates and marks memo of the qualifying examinations duly attested by the Principal of
College concerned. (Provisional Certificate/Xerox copies of such qualifying examinations for
which convocation is over, will not be accepted). Candidates from other Universities should
enclose their Original Migration Certificate together with a fee of Rs.150/- in addition to
the examination fee.
7. i) The Principals are requested to forward all the examination application forms
duly attested on or before 17.12.2011 without fail. Forms received after the due date
will be levied a penal fee of Rs.1000/- per day.
ii) Further, the Principals are requested to enclose the list of admitted candidates for
the year 2011 - 2012 signed by the Director, P.G. Admissions along with I-Semester
candidates.

iii) Submit two soft copies (2 CDs) of I-Semester and three (3) hard copies of I & III
Semester candidates.

iv) Candidates will be held responsible for any mistake committed while filling the
examination application form regarding paper titles (Theory & Practical) . In
case of any mistake Rs.500/- will be levied as fine for rectification
v) The Principals of the Affiliated Colleges are requested to enclose NO DUES
CERTIFICATE and a copy of the Affiliation extension order for the year 2011-2012
with sanctioned strength issued by the Academic Branch, Osmania University and
CLEARANCE FROM THE DIRECTOR, DIRECTORATE OF ACADEMIC
AUDIT CELL, O.U. otherwise their examination forms will not be accepted.
vi) Principals are also requested to send invariably Nominal Roll (in triplicate) along with fee
paid by each candidates and subject-wise/paper-wise data including
specializations/electives offered at their college (in triplicate) separately.
vii) The Principals are requested to forward the Examination Application forms of the eligible
candidates only.

8. The University has decided to accept the payment of Examination fee through Core Banking
system from the colleges under Osmania University J urisdiction as communicated vide.
Lr. No.171207/COE/2007, dated 17.12.2007.
9. The Colleges those maintaining their account with the branches of State Bank of
Hyderabad can remit the fees through the same branch for credit of Registrar, Osmania
University Examination Fee Fund A/c No. 52198262033 maintained with Osmania
University Branch of State Bank of Hyderabad.
10. In case the College is maintaining its account with any Bank other than State Bank of
Hyderabad they are required to deposit money in any Branch of State Bank of
Hyderabad for credit into Registrar, Osmania University Examination Fee Fund
A/c No. 52198262033.

11. Further after remitting the Examination fee into The Registrar Examination
Fee Fund Account through Core Banking system the Colleges can obtain a receipt
from the Bank and submit the same to the Examination Branch along with
Examination Forms.
12. Incomplete forms and forms without documents mentioned above will summarily be
rejected.
Note :- The examination application forms will not be accepted unless the college
submits clearance certificate from the superintendent (stores) of the Examination
Branch withregard to the account of 32 page booklet stationery.
