I have been communicating with the Attorney General's Office concerning fraudulent mortgage document recordings and court filings in Washington State counties by mortgage loan servicers for a number of years. In my specific foreclosure case, illegal document recordings and filings by LITTON LOAN SERVICING acting as Nominee for MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems) has been enabled by the law firm of ROUTH CRABTREE OLSEN, P.S. and its related company NORTHWEST TRUSTEE SERVICES. Both firms are located in Bellevue, Washington. Washington State attorney David Fennell appears to be the principal of these foreclosure mill firms.
In my earlier communications to your office, I made reference to and attached fraudulent mortgage “Assignment” documents in my forecloure case that were recorded by these entities with the Recorder's Office in Stevens County, Washington prior to a Superior Court judicial foreclosure action. I have owned agricultural property in Stevens County since 1997. Washington State attorney LAUREN DAVIDSON HUMPHREYS, then employed by the ROUTH CRABTREE OLSEN, P.S. law firm in Bellevue, Washington (now RCO, P.S.) originally had this foreclosure file.
