MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES (TAME) OFFICERS AND ADVISORY COUNCIL AND THE MANAGEMENT PANEL OF
TANAUAN, LEYTE HELD ON FEBRUARY 21, 2011 AT THE SB SESSION HALL, THIS MUNICIPALITY.

RESOLUTION NO. 07-2011

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR the GRANTING OF THE CNA INCENTIVE
FOR 2009-2011 TO ALL MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THIS MUNICIPALITY.

Whereas, the management and the union agree in which Collective Negotiation Agreement
that the LGU will grant CNA incentive upon realization of savings;

Whereas, the LGU Tanauan was able to retain total savings from MOOE amounting to
_________for CY 2010;

Whereas, the representatives of the management and the union agreed that the total amount
of total savings from MOOE amounting to ___________ are attributable to the cost cutting
measures of the LGU;

Whereas, it has been agreed as consensus that each qualified officials and employees shall
received the maximum amount of CNA incentive per CNA 2009 to 2011 broken down into:

a. Rice allowance in the amount of P18,000.00
b. Lump sum amount of P5,000.00

Whereas, personnel connected as of Dec. 2011, who have rendered at least six (6) months shall
be entitled to CNA incentives

On motion of Advisory Council Member Demetrio B. Boco, duly seconded by Lucia G. Prisno Advisory
Council,

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to request the Honorable Municipal Mayor, Atty. Agapito P.
Pagayanan, Jr., this municipality, for the grant of CNA incentives to all municipal officials and employees
to augment the financial needs of most employees.

RESOLUTION NO. 16-2012

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR the GRANTING OF THE CNA INCENTIVE
FOR 2012-2015 TO ALL MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF THIS MUNICIPALITY.
