General Procedure
1. Open Pro/E
2. File New
2.1. Select Assembly bullet under Type
2.2. Select Design bullet under Sub-type
2.3. Name assembly
2.4. Uncheck Use Default Template
2.5. Select OK
3. In New File Options window:
3.1. Choose desired temlate
3.1.1. Select mmns_asm_design temlate !or S" units
3.1.2. Select inlbs_asm_design temlate !or En#lish units
3.2. $ill in Des!ipti"n and #"deled $y %otional&
3.3. Select OK

4.2. Select %pa!tname&.p!t ( Open
4.3. Select #reen check mark to establish lacement

5.3. Select 'laement on the dashboard to de*ne lacement constraints
5.4. Select desired constraint tye under ("nst!aint Type menu
