Introduction:

ZA standard chemical process pump is designed and produced according to API610 and VDMA24297
(light/medium) standard. It can convey sulphuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid,
etc. inorganic acids and organic acid with all kinds of temperatures and thickness, and all kinds of liquid

Structure:
It is single-stage, horizontal, radial split casing pump. Pump body has two types: foot support (ZA type)
and central support (ZAH). It is single-stage radial impeller, axial suction and radial discharge.
According to its operating conditions, it may use front, back seal ring and balancing hole in its hydraulic
balance. Its stuffing box has cooling or heating pipe joint. Its shaft seal uses stuffing seal and single-
end or double-end mechanical seal. From its drive end, pump is clockwise rotation. Its materials refer to
the table of corrosion resistant alloy materials of CZ-type pump.

CZ chemical pump
Instruction:

CZ chemical process pump is horizontal single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump; its size
reaches DIN24256/ISO2858standard.
It can convey low-temperature or high-temperature liquid, neutral or corrosive liquid, clear liquid or the
liquid with solid particles. It is widely used in chemicals, fertilizer, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power,
paper-making, pharmacy, and synthetic fibre, etc.

Design:
1. Its installation size and base are designed according to international standard, and it can replace
import pump.
2. Its inlet and outlet are put at same axis, which is good for design and process connecting pipe;
3. Bearing bracket including axes, impeller and stuffing box etc forms an assembly, so its pump body
neednt be dismantled from pipe when in repair. It uses lengthened coupling, so its motor neednt be
dismantled.
4. The pressure at the place of shaft seal is compensated by balancing hole on its blades or impeller.
Its shaft seal can use soft stuffing seal (cooling or not cooling), or all kinds of single or double
mechanical seal.

AY oil pump
AY-type oil pump is reconstructed on the bases of old Y-type oil pump. It is new product which is to meet
modern construction and to adapt to the updating of energy-saving centered equipment.

Structure:
AY-type oil pump has six models: single-stage single-suction cantilever type, double-stage single-
suction cantilever type, single-stage double-suction cantilever type, single-stage double-suction double-
support type, double-stage double-suction double-support type and double-stage single-suction
double-support type. Structural models: (fig. 1fig. 6)
Its shell is radially split type. It is suitable to the conveying of high-temperature, high-pressure,
flammable, explosive, noxious liquid. Its installation type is horizontal centerline support. Its inlet and
outlet flanges are installed on its pump body, vertical and upward. Shaft seal (stuffing box) is combined
pump cover, and includes two seals: stuffing seal and mechanical seal (balancing type, bellow type and
tandem type). There are alternative water channel jackets outside shaft seal. Equipment of water
channel has special requirement or it is used when its medium is water temperature above 66 and
hydrocarbon temperature over 150.
The impeller is mono-block cast and static balancing. Its axial force is balanced by impellers balancing
hole.
Its bearing body has a set of radial ball bearing and back-to-back ball thrust bearing. Its bearing adopts
oil slinger oil lubricating system. There is radiator outside bearing body, which may adopt air cooling (T
120),fan cooling (T=120260) and water cooling (T260-42).
In order that it can dismantle rhachis, shaft, bearing and shaft seal, etc. with no need of dismantling
suction or discharging pipe when repairing the pump, AY-type oil pump uses flexible membrane type
lengthened coupling.

Structure

Characteristics:

2. Its impeller is installed on the lengthened lifting shaft of its motor. It has short axial size and compact

CONSTRUCTION:
The main components and parts of Type MB-Ysingle-stage,sing le-suction vertical submerged

Structure:
The series pumps include 64 specs in 26 varieties. The pump is composed of pump body, pump
cover, bearing body, pump bracket and rotor. It is with high generalization, steady operation and
easy maintenance and installation. The unique triangle and pentagon structure for pump body and
pump cover enable them sealed tightly and demountable. The inlet is in axial horizontal direction, and
outlet tangential vertical upward.
Bearing:
The pump adopts cylindrical roller bearing and thrust ball bearing, which enjoy strong bearing
capacity and low noise and can prevent pump axle from being influenced by the external conditions,
such as temperature variation.
Drive:
The pump is driven by motor through the elastic coupling, which is simple and reliable. In a view of
motor, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
Seal:
Dynamic seal and soft packing seal are normally combined. Dynamic seal, which is made up of the
back blade and back impeller of impeller, has good effect without cooling water for lubrication and
cooling, or without diluting slurry, or without cooling water. It is simple and easy to maintain. Soft
packing seal has long lifespan, normally more than half month. Mechanical seal also can be adopted
if the pressure of inlet is too high.
Hydraulic Design & Spectrum:
Impeller is normally closed, or can be made semi-open upon customers requirements. The impeller
made of quality material is with wide channel, strong throughout capacity, rational profile for blade,

Self-priming principle

Before start-up there is a certain quantity of liquid in the pump after start with the rota-tion of impeller and
the centrifugal force,the liquid is thrown into of the back liquid cavity for recirculation.During the
continuous circulation,the air in the suction pipe will be taken to the circulating liquid then from air-liquid
separating cavity to separate,the air is exhausted theough the air exhausted eye,while the liquid return
back to the impeller inlet for recirculation continue like this until completely exhausted all the air in the
suction pipe(see drawing1).
Scope of performance
The capacity of MUH self-priming pump can reach 400 m

/htotal up to 80m, the tem perature of
pumped liquids is -20~125,the maxuaccum rate can reach 500~700mmHg.
The Max.self-sucpion lift decreases with the increasement of vapour pressure,and is in inverse
proportion with liquid gravity.

Material
To satisfy the customers,material of hydraulic parts of type MUH can select anti-cor rosive material
according to the corrosion-resistant characteristlcs,operation temperature,liquid density etc.besides the
ordinary 1Cr18Ni9(B);1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti;Cr28(E);HT200(H).
7 Shaft sealing
Type MUH self-priming can adopt stuff packing single face mechanical sealing and douboe face
mechanical sealing.
8Rotation
Type MUH self-priming pump are driven through the jaw coupling,the rotating direction of this pump is
clockwise viewed from the drive end.
9Ordering instructions
(1)Pump size,pump material,type of shaft sealing as well as driver should be determined according to
the service condition and capacity.Total head suction pressure the name of the medium specific gravity
and temperature of medium should be specified when prdering.
(2)If special motor is required the customer should specify the explosive proof grade rated
output,frequency and voltage etc.
(3)If the customer requires to the mechanical sealing should be specified by customer in ordering.
(4)If spare parts are requird,the customer should specify his requirements.

MZJ centrifugal slurry pump

MZJ type centrifugal slurry pump:
Introduction:
High-efficient wear-resistant slurry pump is single-stage single-suction, axial suction cantilever
horizontal centrifugal pump, which is widely used in the conveying of abrasive or corrosive slurry with a
great amount of solid materials in the fields of metallurgy, mine, electric power, coal mine, water
conservancy, chemical, light industry, and petroleum, etc.
1. Its over-current parts adopt high-strength wear-resistant materials, which is applied to the conveying
of the slurry with strong corrosiveness, high-density and big particle. Within pumps maximum working
pressure, it may adopt multilevel tandem.
2. According to different medium, it has all kinds of interchangeable over-current part, which is applied to
the slurry with abrasiveness or corrosiveness and big or small particle.

Structure:
MZJ type pump, except for its head (including fore-and-aft pump case, scroll case, fore-and-aft cover
sheet, impeller etc), is similar in other parts, which adopt same drive system.
1. Head: MZJ type pump is double pump cases structure, that is, foreand-aft pump case and
changeable over-current part (including impeller, scroll case, and fore-and-aft cover sheet). According to
working pressure, its fore and-aft pump case are made by gray iron or ductile cast iron, which are
vertical and central split, and are connected by bolt. After pump case has seam allowance and bracket,
which are connected by bolt. Its discharge opening may be installed rotarily. Fore-and-aft cover sheets
with back blades can reduce leakage and enhance pumps service life and efficiency. Its inlet is
horizontal direction, and its drive direction is clockwise rotation.
2. Seal shaft: accessory impeller seal, stuffing seal and mechanical seal
(1). Accessory impeller seal: when positive pressure of its inlet is less than 10% that of its outlet, its
primary pump of single-stage or multi-stage in series use accessory impeller seal, which cant dilute
slurry and has good seal effect.
(2). Stuffing seal: it is featured by its simple structure and easy maintenance. It needs seal water. For the
working conditions that arent suitable to accessory impeller seal and pump suction, it may use stuffing
seal.
(3). Mechanical seal: for the working conditions that arent suitable to above two shaft seals, it uses
mechanical seal to reduce the maintenance of its shaft seal.
Drive part:
This pump series use same drive system, including its bracket and bearing module. Its pump shaft has
big diameter, good rigidity and short cantilever, which cant bend and vibrate under bad working
conditions. Its bearing uses single-row tapered roller bearing and deep groove ball bearing, and its
combined use can bear maximum axial and radial loading. Its bearing uses oil lubricating. Seal covers
at both ends of its bearing body can keep slurry, etc from the bearing. Its bearing body has two rubber
hose couplings, which can be connected with water source to cool bearing chamber; so it can assure
bearings safe running and long service life under high temperature.

SH series double suction centrifugal pump

Structure:
Horizontal central opening type, single-stage, double-suction impeller; suction and discharge pipe are
cast with pump body at its lower part; it is easy to check pump rotor, without dismantling pipeline and

Shaft seal:
It has soft stuffing seal and mechanical seal. It has changeable shaft cover.
Drive:
Through resilient shaft coupling, it drives pump by motor. From the drive end, pump is counter-clockwise
rotation. (According to your special requirements, we can supply clockwise rotation pump.)
Bearing and equilibrator:
Bearing (fluid bearing or sliding bearing) is installed at its ends. Its axial force is balanced by double-
suction impeller. Its residual axial force is balanced by rolling bearing. Its fluid bearing uses non-grease
lubrication. Its sliding bearing uses oil lubricating.

Shielding motorelectric pump

Abstract:
YB, YBP shielding flame-proof three-phase asynchronous motors are normally known as shielding
motor for pump or shielding motor for short. Pumps impeller is directly installed to motors axle, and it
forms a sealed chamber (shielding electric pump) when being put into pump. Still seal replaces rotary
seal, which solves the leakage for common pump on propeller axle. The shielding motor is featured by
absolute sealing, reliable operation, low vibration and noise, easy maintenance, and remote operation,
and more important, it improves operators working condition to guarantee body safety and prevent
peoples property from losing. It plays an important part in atomic energy, chemical, air-conditioning, and
heating industries, etc.
The shielding pump, which is composed of this shielding motor and pump, is used to transport liquid
without solid, especially virulent, corrosive, radioactive, flammable, or explosive liquid, or liquid at
expensive price, or liquid that will bring in great harm if leaking.
YP Shielding motor (shielding three-phase asynchronous motor) is suitable to work under the condition
without explosive gas mixture; YBP Shielding motor (flame-proof shielding three-phase asynchronous
motor) is suitable to work under the condition with explosive gas mixture, and forms flame-proof
structure ExdBT3, ExdBT4 in accordance with GB3836.1-2.
The motor can be installed both vertically and horizontally:

Standard material for parts of motor that contact medium:

The motors basic structure is that a layer of non-magnetic stainless steel sleeve (called shielding
sleeve) is soldered to the plates of stator cavity and rotator exterior surface to shield stator and rotator
respectively from mediums immersion and corrosion. Motors rotator cavity is connected to pump cavity,
and filled with pumping liquid. The liquid recycles inside motor to cool the motor (also lubricate bearing).
Cooled-water jacket is installed around motor seat to control water to cool motor.
Normal temperature shielding or flame-proof shielding three-phase asynchronous motor is leading a
small amount of pumping liquid to back bearing through filter, then to front bearing through the gap
between stator and rotator, and finally to pumps inlet for recycle.
High temperature shielding or flame-proof shielding three-phase asynchronous motor is also leading a
small amount of liquid from the joint of heat shielder and motor, through the cooling coiled pipe of water
jacket, the gap between stator and rotator, and front bearing, then to the joint of heat shielder and motor,
and back to cooling coiled pipe for recycling. A back impeller is installed on rotator to transport the
recycled liquid, and a heat shielder is installed between motor and pump to avoid motor from heating.

Horizontal design:
Pump of ipull-outi design,i.e.the pipework does not have to be disconnected for inspection and
dismantling of the impeller and shatt seal.The precision-machined pump shaft sleeve in the stuffing box
area.The oil level in the bearing housing is controlled by way of a constantleveloiler.
The easily accessible styuffing-box with soft packing can also be supplied with a seal ring and seal
liquid.
The integrally-cast feet of the casing transmit any forces originating from the pipework directly to the
foundation.This means that the rotor is not subject to any bending and optimal working life of the
bearings is assured.
The flange dimensions of the tangential,vertical delivery branch and the axial suction branch for the
sizes up to and including 35-40 are in accordance with NEN 5802/DIN 2532(Nominal Pressure
1.0MPa)and the larger pumps according to nominal pressure 0.6MPa.
Direction of rotation of the pump:clockwise,when viewed from the driven end.
Electric motors or combustion engines may be employed for the drive.
To facilitate venting of the suction pipe,the pump set can be provided with a cpmplete venting device.

Being fitted with either stuffing-box packing or double mechanical seal.

TCF cantilever submerged pump

Abstract:
Slurry pump is a key equipment in the process of production of ammonium phosphate. To satisfy the
technique of production of ammonium phosphate in China, we developed TCF slurry pump to make the
related equipment further localized. The pump is suitable for the transportation of slurry with particles or
crystallization. In addition to the production of ammonium phosphate, the pump is widely used in
chemical fertilizer, mining, coal-chemical, and sewage disposal industries, etc.
Structure:
The pump is vertical with cantilever, rigid axle and without sliding bearing, which completely overcomes
the quick abrasion for submerged bearing.
The bearing is composed of a set of radial thrust ball bearings and a radial bearing, which form the
double support of pump and improve its reliability during operation.
Material:
Since the pump is used for transporting medium with more solid or crystallization, its main parts can be
made of the following material(by consideration of abrasion resistance):

Direction for Installation:
I. Installation:
1. The foundation shall be solid;
2. It is not allowed to load the whole weight of pipelines to pump;
3. After installation, put level meter on pump soleplate to check if pumps axle is vertical t to the horizontal
plane, with tolerance 3mm per 1m.
II. Start:
1. Before start, there should be enough lubrication grease in bearing box, about 1/2 of capacity of
bearing chamber, and turning should be smooth;
2. Checking if pump is in the same rotary direction as that stated on plate.
III. Operation:
1. During operation, the temperature for bearing shall not be higher than 70;
2. If theres any fault, such as noise, vibration, the pump shall be stopped for checking.
VI. Shutting Down:

ZLH propeller pumps

Structural Feature:
In accordance with lifting line theory and design experience of propeller, we developed axial-flow pump
with circulation in radial way and had model experiment internally . Comparing with similar pumps, it is
featured by light weight, small volume, good rigidity and high efficiency, etc.
Seal:
Radial vibration within 0.05mm in the seal chamber guarantees the reliability and endurance of seal and
prolongs maintenance period. It can be equipped with wadding seal and single-end/double-end
mechanical seal, and dynamic seal for special purpose.
Gasket seal can adopt synthetic rubber, such as VITON. The wadding can adopt quality anticorrosive,
anti-abrasion material, such as asbestos, carbon fiber, flexible graphite, etc.
Material:
All process parts are made of 1Cr18Ni9, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 0Cr20Ni25Mo3Cu2, lncolloy825, Monel 400
904L 316L.
ZLH axial-flow pump is mainly used in the sites with large flowage and low head, especially in the forced
recycling systems for making salt or alkaline.
