1. Tell me about yourself.


Well sir/mam, I am Ertiza Akanda, I am doing my bba from north south university , major in fin and hrm.
This is my last semester.About my family background, my father is a businessman and my mother is a
housewife. They lived in mymensingh. Actually I am belong to mymensigh for study purposes I live in
Dhaka

And as a person, I can describe myself as very hardworking, focused about what I do.
I am not a multi-talented but I am good at certain things-
* I am good at communicate with people
*I can work under pressure, that I was related to various camping like blood donation organized by
nsu ssc club.
* nsu annual picnic.
ex: when I was in club, sometime big events and mid held in same day.

I am very adaptive and flexible because I have worked in various clubs in our campus like (names of
clubs) which also makes me a good team player; I can lead and can also be led. So I think thats all about
me. (Smile)
2. What is your strength and weakness?
Umm well, my biggest strength is I think I am very focused about what I am doing. I give my 100
percent in every task which I am assigned to. I put my heart and soul to get complete satisfaction out of
my performance. I always try to push my limits to prove myself again and again. So I think that makes
me quite a perfectionist.
And my biggest weakness I think my anger issues. Sometimes I just lost it. If something goes wrong or if I
cant be satisfied about my work or performance I just get depressed. But I am working on these issues.
3. What is your big achievement u think?
Hmm okay to be frank I always wasnt on the right shape. In my school life I was quite introvert and I
cant communicate with people properly. But over the years I have overcome this problem. After
admitting into the Notredem College I enrolled into various clubs where I blended into various peer
groups and improved my communication skills. Then the same process in the varsity. And now you can
see by yourself. I am very easy to talk to. (Smile)
