NOTICE OF EXAMINATION from the PNPA REGISTRAR shall be sent through mail. Applicants who fail to receive notice of
examination may visit the PNPA website www.pnpa.edu.ph to check if they are included in the List of Qualified Examinees.
Qualified applicants may go directly to the designated examination areas on the date of examination even without the notice
of examination. Applicants shall present two (2) valid personal identification cards (IDs) together with other requirements.

I NSTRUCTI ONS
Please read instructions carefully. Be sure to meet the qualification requirements. Inaccurate or incomplete information will be
ground for disqualification. SUBMIT ONLY ONE (1) APPLICATION.
1. The PNPA Cadetship Program is a government Scholarship Program. Admitted Cadets must complete the Cadetship Program and serve the
government either in the PNP, BFP or BJMP services for the prescribed period (two years of service for every year of scholarship). Admitted
cadets shall pay back the expenses incurred for his/her scholarship should he/she fail to complete the Cadetship Program. Graduates shall
reimburse the government the expenses incurred during their Cadetship Program if they fail to complete the required years of service.
2. QUALIFICATIONS/ INITIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION: (DO NOT APPLY if you are NOT QUALIFIED)
A. Applicant must possess:
Natural - born Filipino citizen;
Must be 18 years old and not more than 22 years old on April 15, 2015;
Single with no parental obligation;
High school graduate upon application;
Height must be at least 5 feet and 4 inches for male and 5 feet and 2 inches for female;
Weight must correspond to the applicants height, gender and age and not to exceed or lower than (11) pounds or five (5) kilograms of
the standard weight;
Physically and mentally fit for cadetship training;
With good moral character (no criminal, administrative and civil derogatory record);
No pending complaint and/or case before any tribunal of whatever nature;
Not a former cadet of the Philippine National Police Academy or other similar institutions;
Not have been dismissed from any private employment or government position for cause;
B. Applicant must pass:
The PNPA Cadet Admission Test, Medical, Psychological and Psychiatric Examination, Agility Test and Interview;
The minimum Physical Fitness Exercises, as follows:

D. Exemption:
High School valedictorians and salutatorians, and college cum laude, magna cum laude and summa cum laude are exempt from taking the
Cadet Admission Test (written) Provided, he/she shall apply and submit the application form with certification of honor from his/her
School/College/University to reach PNPA Registrars Office before September 26, 2014. Provided also, that he/she satisfies the initial
requirements for admission (see 2.A).
E. How to Apply:
Submit duly accomplished application forms together with a prepaid LBC AIRVELOP REGULAR/N-POUCH or self-stamped WINDOW ENVELOPE
to the Office of the Registrar or mail to: The Director (Attn: Registrar), Philippine National Police Academy, Camp General Mariano N.
Castaeda, Silang Cavite 4129.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION: on or before September 26, 2014.
SCHEDULE OF EXAMINATION: October 26, 2014 (Sunday), 7:00 A.M.
F. Grounds for Medical Disqualifications:
Defective Visual Perception (color blindness, near sighted/far sighted with corrective eyeglasses or lens, nystagmus);
Physical Deformities Example: bowlegged or congenital defects;
Perforated ear drum, chronic sinusitis, bleeding tendencies, hemorrhoids, hernia (if not treated), varicocoele, extensive skin disorders;
History of heart disease, hypertension, asthma, active PTB, kidney and liver diseases, epileptic seizure disorders,
major operations; communicable diseases (such as AIDS, Hepatitis, VD etc.);
Full dentures, upper and lower, Cleft lip and palate, malocclusion, Deformities of the face, Open bite, Tongue-tied,
missing of four(4) anterior or front teeth & Missing of six (6) posterior/molar teeth;
Tattoos and other brotherhood marks, ear piercing (male only);
For Females: Goiter; History of pregnancy; Presence of breast mass; Painful menstruation;
Any other similar defects which may hinder in the Cadetship Training Program.
