Operations. Manuals were reviewed and approved by the Officer in Charge of Marine Inspection, US Coast

Phuket Submarine Company Ltd., Phuket Thailand (Owner, Pacific Subsea Saipan.)
Operations Manager/ Maintenance Supervisor
• Established a tourist submarine dive operation and maintenance support facility for a 48 passenger
submarine, 14 nautical miles offshore of southern Phuket Thailand.
• Trained Pilots, Co-pilots and Technicians in the day to day operations and maintenance of the submarine
and support equipment.
• Managed all inspections and communications between local officials to include; Thailand Harbors
Department, Customs, Immigration, Royal Thai Navy, the American Bureau of Shipping and the Thailand
Minister of Defense.
• Piloted submarine for all training/ certification and VIP dives to include visits from the Thai Royal Family
and visiting dignitaries. (270 Dives).
• During the final dive in Thailand there was a Magnitude 9.2 Earthquake and subsequent Tsunamis.
Supervised the safe return of all passengers, staff and vessels.
• Completed shut down of Thailand operations and performed post disaster relief work.

construction of the vessel at Delta Marine Shipyard in West Seattle Washington.
• Maintained vessel through construction and while conducting Sea-trials in the Seattle operating area of
Puget Sound in Washington.
• Filled positions of Co-pilot, Pilot or Engineer for 245 Sea-trial Dives in Washington State.
• Completed a solo overhaul of the vessel at the Delta Marine Maintenance yard.
• Assisted in delivery of the vessel to Las Croabas Puerto Rico.
• Established a shore-side infrastructure for Deepstar-48 operations in Las Croabas Puerto Rico.
