For Multi Part replacement, Individual SR to be raised. IE / ACE / TSM can call to SST for raising of SR.
For Direct IE's :
- IE to ensure that customer recharge with relevant amount (as per the above charges, if applicable) during his visit to customer's premises. IE will call to SST for NRC posting of Relocation charges.
For Service Partner's :
- Service Partner will collect money directly from Customers for relocation cases. For Relocation with new ODU, Partner will close the SR with "Re-installation done with new ODU" and SMG will post
the NRC in customer's account for the same. SMG will provide the NRC Posting data to SCM for providing replenishment to Partner.
- For Reloction with OLD ODU in same or different premises, Service Partner will collect money directly from Customers. The above mention price is inclusive of P-Clips, Cable ties, Anchor Bolts & Connectors.
- All part replenishment will be done against the Close looping feedback taken from the customer

For handling of field complaints, Follow Complaint Management Process - DTH/CSD/IS/030.
All Charges are inclusive of taxes, Local taxes are applicable.
No charges will be applicable to customer in case we have a repeat L1 damage within 182 days (6months) (Applicable only for STB & VC Replacements).
IE will provide "Non-Recurring Charge Slip" to customer for above charges, Refer format FR-CSD-021. SF / SSD will get the NRC Slip printed on their own with their relevant details and will
provide the same to customers for all Paid Part Replacement cases.
For MDU RFS Buildings (Ready for Service), extra cable charges for customers are applicable as per above charge list.
Part Replacement for MDU Back Bone Structure will be borne by Company only for all Damage - faults cases for life time period. For Damage / missing / theft cases related to MDU Back Bone
Structure, IS Team will first try to take charges from MDU Society, if MDU Society doesn't agree for such charges, then these charges also will be borne by company only on approval of
respective Circle CS Head.
This List of Charges is also applicable for Part Replacement cases of Internal Employees, Distributors, Dealers, Retailers and Partners.
Monthly Reconciliation for "Activation by SSD" Vs "Inventory Stock Report" to be done by respective TSM-IS. If any Gap found in Reconciliation, CSD will report same to Finance & SCM-
Logistics. The amount equivalant to the CPE parts, which comes out as a Reconciliation Gap, will be billed to SSD by Finance & SCM-Logistics.

TSM-IS / IE will call to SST to raise SR for same and SR Closure
with Resolution code "Special Mount provided". SR to be raised
for Touch Point IE's only, no need to raise SR for Partners, as
Special Mount is being billed to Partners.
a) Partner to select applicable Resolution code for closure of SR.
b) Partner will collect money directly from Customers for
chargeable replacement and visit charges, except STB and VC.
c) In case of Touch Point, IE will select resolution code as
applicable and call the SST for NRC posting. IE has to ensure that
customer's account is recharged with the required amount (before
part replacement). SST will not post the NRC if sufficient balance is
not available in customer's account.
d) For Theft / Missing cases of STB/VC, customer has to provide
Original Copy of FIR to IE, then respective TSM-IS will send that FIR
to Finance by courier / or by mail after scan. Finance to take further
action on it.
e) If customer is visiting SSD for replacement of Remote, HDMi Cable
&
Adaptor, then no visit charges will be taken from customer, Customer
has to pay only CPE Part charges.
