PUBLIC NOTICE
APPLICATIONS FOR THE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS LICENSE 2014
The County Government of Kirinyaga has now enacted the County Government
of Kirinyaga Alcoholic Drinks Control and Licensing act 2014.
All the business owners dealing in alcohol drinks are hereby notifed to:-
1. Apply for the above licenses for the new businesses or
2. Apply for the renewal for the existing businesses
The application form for the license for the year 2014/2015 can be obtain from
the following Sub-County Administrators Offce with effect from 6
th
August 2014
as follows:-
Kirinyaga East- Kianyaga Kirinyaga Central - Kerugoya
Kirinyaga West- Baricho Mwea Ngurubani
The application form will be issued upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Kshs.1,000.00 for each application.
The deadline for submitting applications for the License is on 13
th
August
2014.
Payment should be made to the following Accounts held in Co-operative Bank
of Kenya.
