A little know fact is that when we’ve been in the workplace for a while, we tend to take certain things
for granted such as our communication style. Just like anything else that we do “only perfect practice
makes perfect” and when we tend to get a little slack in our delivery. Normally this is due to a bit of
overconfidence that results ironically from having been recognized as being a good communicator.
