INTRODUCTION: There is a very close relationship between a humans behavior and change. Everyone reacts to change based on their attitudes and this reaction does not depend upon any logic but on how it will affect a persons needs and satisfaction in the organization. Similar is the case with Jack, a 43 year old machinist with Sancton Industries. Having being worked for them for the past 23 years Jack now feels a grown level of nervousness because of all the changes being implemented in the organization. Not only that but he has started to feel dissatisfied with his job. Now with the introduction of computers at his work place Jack has to go back to school and learn how to use it. And this going back to school is making not only Jack but the other employees equally uncomfortable. They find it useless and boring. The training ends with a surprise evaluation which makes Jack feel even more dissatisfied and stupid about him. SWOT ANALYSIS: Strengths:- Introduction of new technology in work practices. Proper training to employees to make them more efficient at the job. Weaknesses:- Lack of understanding on the part of the organization towards the employees.
