ENTIRE AGREEMENT# This agreement ontains the entire understanding between Tudor $hotography and the abo*e named
bride and groom( )t supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties in both *erbal and written
ommuniation(
The only way to add or hange this agreement is to do so in writing- signed by all the parties( )f the parties wish to wai*e or
alter one pro*ision of this agreement- that does not mean that any other pro*ision is also wai*ed(
COPYRIGHT
7ull payment for ser*ies rendered determines the release of the dis and photographs of the wedding to the lient( 8pon full
payment- the !Ds- D9D and prints beome the property of the lient for their personal use and for the purpose of reprodution
of photos for distribution to relati*es and friends( )mages may be used on personal websites( An a%nowledgement to the
photographer is re:uested and appreiated(
The lient must obtain written permission from- and ompensate- Tudor $hotography prior to an e*ent where the lient- the
lients friends of relati*es publish or sell the photographs for profit(
ADDITIONAL TIME
)t is not unommon for weddings to go on longer than planned( The photographer is fle1ible- and will allow an additional one
hour for a late;running wedding( <owe*er- additional o*ertime fees are '.=/6hour( The lient is thereof notified shoots
ommenes at the sheduled start time and ends at the agreed time( )f the e*ent goes longer and the bride wishes an
e1tension past one hour- a *erbal a%nowledgement is suffiient(
Should the eremony start late due to any reason whatsoe*er- Tudor $hotography will not be held liable for any photographs
not ta%en(
GOOD IMAGERY
)n order to ensure we get good pitures- we may do se*eral shots of the same thing using different ameras- poses and
lighting( >e annot guarantee a ertain number of photos- howe*er it is e1peted we ta%e between ?// and ./// photos per
wedding( >e are pro*iding a large seletion of the best photos only whih will be a minimum of ?// guaranteed( The rest of
them are a*ailable on re:uest at no harge(
>e are pro*iding a mi1ture of olour- bla% and white or *arious effets( >e will inlude general touh up to a reasonable
amount of photos @/;?/- if re:uired suh as remo*ing sars or similar( >e an hange the photos from bla% and white ba%
to olour and the other way around- within reasonable re:uests at no e1tra harge- unless the wor% re:uired will in*ol*e long
hours( Additional fees may apply after both parties agreement- also for digital manipulation of photos (hanging parts of a
photo to ertain speial re:uests)
HOUSE RULES
The photographer is limited by the guidelines of the eremony offiial or the reeption site management( Aegotiations with the
offiials for moderation of guidelines is the lients responsibility( Tudor $hotography will offer tehnial reommendations only(
>e will do our best to aommodate any re:uest within reasonable terms- and we will also ma%e suggestions and pro*ide
diretion if neessary(
LIMITS O$ LIA%ILITY
)t is further understood that in the unli%ely e*ent the photographer is inBured or beomes too ill to photograph the
e*ent( )f the situation should our and a suitable replacement is not found- responsibility and liability is limited to
the return of all payments reei*ed for the e*ent pa%age(
DEPOSIT
A deposit of '@// will seure the photographers ser*ies for the lients speified wedding date( )n the e*ent of the lients
anellation- the deposit is non;refundable( )f Tudor $hotography is anelling the e*ent due to une1peted ritial reasons-
the full amount will be refunded(
$EES
7ull payment for the ser*ies of Tudor $hotography is due before the wedding day- unless other agreements
ha*e been made(
Any speial shipping osts outside Sydney will be paid for by the lient
