Instructional Guidelines:

Stage-1

(a) Review the case (b) Submit the case in summary form by JULY 23,2014 in the class. The
summary may not exceed more than 2 Pages.This is an individual assignment.


Stage- 2

Case study techniques will impart by instructor in the class using Power Point Slides
(Maximum 30 minutes needed for this activity) on JULY 23,2014

In the second part of case study. Students will be engaged with active participation. The
instructor will moderate the session by serving as Facilitator. Students will submit the discussed
case on provided guidelines within two weeks.

1. PROPOSED STRATEGIC GUIDELINES

One of the multinational corporation (MNCs) is seeking out your Group expertise to visit in their
organization. Your group members are being professional strategic marketer entrusted with
objectives to diagnose the existing Marketing-driven strategy. And subsequently provide
strategic recommendations along with strategy formulation and its implementation. The
management of the cited company also desire that you will complete the challenging assignment
within 2 weeks. And provide Power point Slides Presentation.

2. SUGGESTION FOR GROUP MEMBERS
Among others:
1. Select the group members, and leader
2. Select company preferably MNCs
3. Group size will be 3 Members. Exception may be exercised in- consultation with instructor
4. Construct questionnaire and thoroughly prepared to conduct the interview to help
solicit the requisite information
5. Leader with joint efforts of members may assign related sub-topics on agreeable way
ensuring no overlapping of topic is occurred
6. Each member may scan sources of information including: strategic marketing books,
face-to-face Interview, and Net
7. To collect, analyze and develop report and follow the suggested format given on the
next page(page 2)
8. Leader and members should submit their report after compiling it. Make two copies:
one hard copy for instructor, and the other for the record of members
9. The group members will give the presentation on the work undertaken by members.
And use Power Point Slides. To remain effective do anticipate the Q&A
10. Each individual member will be graded separately. Criteria include among others:
Depth of strategic marketing work, references, presentation skills, handling questions,
and role as an effective participant when other group members are conducting
Presentation.
