Running head: RELIABLE PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICE (RPS) CONTEXT DIAGRAM The Reliable Pharmaceuticals Service is increasing day by day and in order to handle the growth of the business needs and managing business operations effectively, there is a need for implementing an effective business information system that would be able to better manage the RPS business processes. The purpose of this paper is to present the context diagram for Reliable Pharmaceuticals Service, primary system users and the description of the information exchange between the users and system.
System Description The new system will permit a complete integration of all the users to better manage the business processes. The purpose of this system development is to offer current interaction among corporate client, manufacturer and other client health organization. The system will provide excellent support for management of business daily operations and dealings.
Primary System Users Users play a significant role in development of a system because the development of any system is pointed at fulfilling the needs of its users. A Large input would be needed from the users as the development of the system is tackle towards helping the end-users jobs more simple. Users of the system would include, but not limited to staff, management, client and other organization Staff: the system will allow the staff to carry out operations in a more simple way. Management: will have the ability to manage the tasks of data entry and operations of corporate dealing and business decisions
Client: will make use of the business interface to place an order or set requirements for specific business products

Context Diagram A context diagram is a data flow diagram (DFD) that describes the most abstract view of a system. Also all external agents and all data flows into and out of the system are displayed in one diagram with the entire system represented as one process. (Satzinger, Jackson, & Burd, 2011, p. 208). Information Exchange This system will offer an excellent support for communication and information exchange through automation of business processes and operations. Reliable Pharmaceutical Service (RPS) can provide products to its clients by using this system. The client will send prescription to Reliable Pharmaceutical Service and in response of that prescription corporate delivers the respective order. Also the types of order processing and delivery system will work delicately for

The client will send the payment when Reliable Pharmaceutical Service send them the bills of pervious products provided to them. In conclusion, this context diagram creates a close connection with Reliable Pharmaceutical Services, Healthcare facility, manufacturer, and Client. This allow complete understanding of how each depends on the next entity to complete positive outcome. All operations will be managed through an automated system to reduce on minor errors and result with overall high efficiency.
