PROJECT PROPOSAL

Project Duration: 2-3 weeks

Total Project Cost: P 215,756.00

Rationale : Studies and experiences revealed that the need to install a
Centralized LPG Piping System is very essential to those
establishments who are consuming more than the normal
consumption of the LPG fuel utility. Thus, the industries
dealing with this kind of product have innovated a technical
method by simplifying the mode of distribution by installing
the facility convenient yet safe to be used.


Project Description: Centralized LPG Piping Installation System (CLPGPS) is
an innovative way of Installing a simplified track to which the
LPG gas may pass through in a technically safety and
orderly manner. CLPGPS are mostly installed in medium
size to large restaurants and hotels where food preparation
is one of the main activities. This facility is also catered to
laundry shops, farms and other establishments using this
kind of product in massive quantities.

Objectives: 1.) Provide convenient, safe, easy to maintain & organized
technique of LPG use.
2.) Provide free delivery of LPG supply while on contract.
3.) Free repair & maintenance.
4.) Free hands-on orientation as to safety handling of the
product and the entire facility
5.) Allow Cylinder on Loan scheme consumer do not need
to purchase the cylinders while the contract is enforce.
6.) Enjoy a special discounted price within the entire duration
of the Contract.
7.) Provide a systematic measurement of consumption to
achieve optimum LPG fuel utilization

As per ocular inspection at the project site we come to draw
recommendations regarding the prescribed location of your storage facility. You may
consider the following:
1. There must be two (2) separate LPG storages for each of the following
structures One (1) for the Main Kitchen and Laundry and; One (1) storage for the
Convention Hall. This ensures safety and proper distribution of the Liquefied
Petroleum Gas (LPG);
2. Each storage should have the desired measurement depending upon
the demand of product usage. For the Kitchen & Laundry we recommend to
have a structure having a floor area of 6m x 6m x 2.5m enough for proper
ventilation. The structure should be covered with a louver walling so that the
product shall not be visibly exposed; for the Convention Hall a floor area of 4m x
6m x 2.5m is needed. Each structure must have a steel gate approximately
measuring 1 - 2 meters wide and 6 feet in height;
3. The driveway should be accessible for a 6-Wheeler truck for the delivery and
withdrawal of cylinders.
4. In as much as the product we will be using is highly inflammable, SAFETY for
the life and properties must be our utmost consideration, therefore we
recommend that the area must be kept away from the public and anything that
causes ignition.
5.) The main storage must contain 20 cylinders with 50 kilograms capacity. 10
is installed for usage and 10 be stored as reserve. For the convention it is
required to have 10 cylinders of the same capacity, 5 for usage and 5 as reserve.
Meterized System of Reading
What is meterized system? Fuel reading through metering system is a
technically developed method of measuring the fuel consumption by following a
certain formula. The unit of measurement is in Kilograms. The Frequency of
reading is weekly.
Maintenance
A technician will conduct a routinary check up of the facility every month. Should
there be parts that need to be replaced due to ordinary wear and tear, it would be
the suppliers responsibility. For defects and damages caused by the buyers
negligence, expenses for the repair of such shall be shouldered by the buyer.
Delivery
Placed and confirmed orders will be delivered within 48 hours. A personnel of
the buyer should confirm the delivery as to product condition and quantity

50 Kilogram cylinders used for the operation can be loaned under cylinder-on-
loan scheme. COL is covered by a separate contract other than the SUPPLY
AGREEMENT CONTRACT.

Billing

The customer will be billed according to its consumption on the basis of the
meter reading. The seller shall bill the buyer every week after meter reading. A
30-day credit term be given to render payment of purchased supply to
commence on the date of billing. It is the responsibility of the buyer to settle their
obligations according to the agreed term.

Project Cost

The list of Materials for installation with its corresponding cost is provided in the
succeeding pages of this project proposal. 20 % of the total project cost shall be
provided by the owner and the other 80% shall be shouldered by the contractor.

Supply Agreement Contract

A contract shall be signed by both the Supplier and the Buyer upon approval of
this project proposal by the buyer and after final discussion has been made.
Contract duration is 5 years.
