Dear Friend,

As a valued member of the Republican Senate Council and Policy Board, you are cordially
invited to join us for our Fall Retreat in Sea Island, Georgia. This event will take place Friday,
November 6, 2009 through Sunday, November 8, 2009.

Well kick off the weekend activities with a Welcome Reception on Friday evening. Saturday
will include a Political Briefing and Breakfast, and an afternoon filled with golf, skeet shooting, tennis,
fishing and other activities of interest. These activities will be billed directly to your room account.
Saturday evening we will have a cocktail reception followed by dinner on property, and check-out
time will be at noon on Sunday.

To register, you must return the enclosed reservation forms directly to the NRSC
by Friday, September 18. Please note we have a VERY limited number of hotel rooms,
so please respond as soon as possible if you plan to attend. Rooms will be allotted on a
first come, first serve basis. Room rates have been reduced to $395 per night. Spa and
salon reservations can be made within 30 days of your arrival by calling the Central Reservations at
(800) SEA-ISLAND.

Following our Welcoming Reception on Friday, you will be on your own for dinner. We
encourage you to make reservations if you choose to dine on-property. Please see the attached sheet
with further information. If you do not have dinner plans for Friday night, please let us know and we
will gladly assist.

If you have any questions, or need further information, please call Paula Dukes at (202) 675-
4744 or Lauren Griffin at (202) 675-4303. We hope you will be able to join us in Sea Island, and we
look forward to seeing you soon.

1. Big Georges Raw Bar & Grill at The Beach Club Sea Island's ocean side casual
restaurant is a classic Southern seafood house: oysters, clams, and claws from the raw
bar, fish and chips, seafood specialties, with choices for landlubbers, too. Big George's
overlooks the dunes of Sea Island Beach and features indoor and outdoor wrap-around
bars. Big Georges also serves breakfast.
2. Colt & Alison - Colt & Alison devotees savor the finest USDA Wet and Dry Aged Beef,
along with seafood from both the local area and around the world, all masterfully paired
with an extensive selection of wines by our resident sommeliers.

with friends in this energetic environment. Open for lunch and dinner, The River Bar's
all-day menu features light snacks and appetizers, perfect for sharing around the table,
as well as salads, sandwiches, entres and desserts.
4. Georgian Room With breathtaking elegance and sophistication, the Georgian Room is
reminiscent of an Addison Mizner estate dining room. Savor Refined Southern cuisine
amid a stately fireplace with a carved stone mantel, gold and crystal chandeliers, and
impeccable tableside service.
5. Oak Room at the Lodge-This oak-lined venue's relaxed pub ambience comes from its
hand painted murals, leather ceilings, wood-burning fireplace and outdoor terrace with
sprawling views of the Plantation Golf Course and St. Simons Sound.
